Mark had great communication skills and did a good job l The turn around was quick as well .

There customer service is horrible. I went to Mark Williams Collision Center to get the kick panels from my 85 Chevy C10 painted. I gave them a piece of vinyl material to color match the panel. I was insured by them that they would be able to it. When I picked up my panels and got them home and matched them to my interior the color was off and I inform them of the problem. Mark let me pick up the panel and his office called me (voice mail) with the cost. I went by the shop to see how we can work this out on pricing since the color was not correct. They want me to bring them back and I didn't want to keep bring them back. They order some special paint because the parts are plastic, what they order was wrong. When I was in the shop, the office manager had a nasty attitude thinking I was trying to get out paying. I was willing to pay something but didn't think I should pay the full amount because the color was off and I had to take them somewhere else to get them done correctly. I shouldn't have to pay for your mistakes. I admit I owe something but not the full amount for something I can't use. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.. If you tell a me you can do something, I expect it to be done right the first time if not I loose confidence in your ability to complete the job. read more

This place is unorganized to the point that they had two files opened on my repair job, they had in their possession the parts needed to complete the repair but due to lack of organization they couldn't locate the parts. It took an additional three weeks to get the repair completed once that snafu was sorted out. They had my car for 5 months total. When I got the car back, the wheels were covered in mud, there was mud in the back seat, back floorboard and smeared across the interior door panel. The paint job has runs in it as well as some trash. Normally i would never had accepted the car back but after 5 months i was beyond livid with this place. I got the car back in April 2023. I was so mad that i waited til July to write this review! Hell will literally freeze solid before I EVER do business with them again! I sincerely wish ZERO stars was an option!! read more

We dealt directly with Mark, who is a very kind and accommodating gentleman. He listened to all our requests in regards to having parts of my SUV painted. Final product was exactly what we were hoping for and he even did a few extras at no additional cost. Price was more than fair. I'd take any of my vehicles there again for a paint job. read more

Top notch people, outstanding work and the best customer service in the industry. I highly recommend Mark Williams to everyone.
