When I went to have the work done, Jamie and his colleague Crystal lined up an Enterprise rental for me, complete with Enterprise pick up at the shop. My car work was done the next day, ahead of when Jamie had promised, and not only does it look beautiful, they washed my car and cleaned the interior, too. Another very nice touch is I was able to leave the car rental at the shop when I got my car, and they handled getting it picked up for me. Very convenient. The customer service was way better than all the other shops I've worked with before and the quality of the work is superb. Highly recommend!

When she inspected the vehicle, there was food and trash left inside. There were also stains and grease/dirt on the interior. The center console compartment, glove box, and, her bag in the trunk had all been rummaged through. Fortunately, I had removed anything of real value. In addition, somebody else's phone charger was plugged into the center console. The vehicle had been left with a full tank of gas. When picked up, there was only one quarter tank of gas left. They had clearly been using our vehicle during the time they had it, a span of six days.

My husband was told one price to complete the repairs, then the mother called my husband and asked for his insurance contact information, which she had no right to do that being that my husband already spoke with our insurance company about the amount that would be paid to complete the work. My husband already made a deal with the son on how much he would charge to complete the work. Then not only that the son kept my husbands truck for over three weeks. When my husband tried contacting the son he kept pushing the fact that he need more money to complete repairs. My husband stopped by the shop and gave him a down payment for him to start the job. Then it turned out to be another issue after that. My husband was so upset with the son that he threatened to come and get the truck and take it someplace else. The son then stated that it would not be necessary for him to to pick up the truck and that he would repair the truck for the price they had agreed upon.It was just so much back and forth with this repair shop. All I can say the customer service sucks and the mother was very unprofessional. If you want your vehicle repaired don't take it here.

They hands down are extremely empathetic and caring. My second visit happened bc I had a check engine light come on in my 2013 Prius V. Took it to Minnie's bc I was so impressed w the first visit which was just a basic oil change. This was on a Monday and they were booked til Friday so I set the appointment and came back later. They did a full inspection and determined the issue was a failing coolant pump on the electric side. They said they found no leaks etc.They detailed what the issue was and what the fix was. I'm definitely impressed w how they break down what they do into digestible bite sized bits for non-car folks. They offered I could pick up the car and pay the diagnostic/inspection fee of $50. Said they didn't have the high voltage equipment to work on the car and advised go to a specialist. Lucky for me I do have one ( Woodards in Florence, I just moved here from there. ). They work on hybrids and electric so I took it there. The only grip I'd have is that I did ask if Minnie's handles hybrids. I believe I was told yes and the person ( the owner ) stated they drive a hybrid Camery. Maybe I should have said "work on the electric side of hybrids bc I could have dropped it at Woodards 60 miles away but I'd rather pump money into a reliable, friendly place. Not sure I'll be back. I am also attaching the correspondence with SilverRock noting that the claim was approved on 5/12, the day after submitted, which contradicts the company's response as well. At the end of the day my biggest issues were with the lack of honesty and transparency, so I feel it's only appropriate to add this to my review. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Gerber based on my experience. The staff was always courteous, but the overall process was disappointing. My vehicle was dropped off on May 7 with an estimated repair time of about two weeks, and I was told May 28 would be the absolute latest completion date. Instead, my vehicle remained disassembled for weeks, multiple promised completion dates were missed, and I ultimately didn't get it back until June 15. Communication was the biggest issue throughout the process. I frequently had to reach out myself for updates, and we were given conflicting information about the repair timeline. We also experienced repeated issues with the rental authorization, resulting in multiple calls from Enterprise while we were on our family's vacation because the authorization had not been submitted correctly. When I finally picked up the vehicle, the repair was not actually complete. The newly repaired bumper was not sitting flush and could be pushed in and out, requiring me to return the vehicle for additional repairs. I also found new scratches around the replaced "Elevation" emblem on the rear hatch that were not present when I dropped the vehicle off, adhesive residue left behind from the repair, and the driver's area was returned covered in dust and debris from the repair process. I appreciate that the staff remained polite and ultimately addressed the bumper issue, but what should have been a straightforward repair turned into more than a month of delays, repeated follow-up on my part, and a second repair visit. I hope this feedback helps improve communication, quality control, and attention to detail for future customers.
