The doctor is very quick and you mainly deal with the nurses and office staff. For follow up they're pretty straight to the point and make sure you are healing well. From start to finish we had the consult, the surgery, the day after surgery check up, the other eye surgery, the other eye day after check up, and a week after that the last post surgery check up. I really liked the office and my mom has has no issues. There are a lot of negative reviews and I think if they went over the documents in more detail about the hazards of eye surgery they would have less bad reviews... but for us, knowing what this was going to entail?
