Vanna just had her first trip at Happy Tails and I can't say enough nice things about Mary and John. They are both such genuinely kind people who love dogs and are very good at what they do. Not only did they take excellent care of Vanna and saved as much of her hair as possible, they also gave her a doggy t shirt and coat to keep warm. John also cut a bit of hair my other dog Blizzard and saved vanna's hair too and gave me two lovely Christmas ornaments with their hair. Mary also gave me some medical powder to stop bleeding if their nails or pads ever got tiny tears or bruises. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. As with most of the hypoallergenic breeds like ours, they require constant brushing to avoid matting. We stumbled across Adorable Doos because they've had experience grooming our breed in the past. Therefore, we've been very impressed with our experience the past few times. Our dog's always come back nice and clean - what more can you ask for. Takes about 3 hours for a full groom, bath, etc. Can't go wrong with that. The women there are super nice. If anything, I wish they were open longer on the weekdays, but why make minor complaints? It's very convenient for us - just remember to immediately turn right after you get onto Ridge Road otherwise you'll miss the sign!
