He is also 90 lbs and his size can create a unique challenge. We've struggle in the past to find a vet who would build trust and work with him vs. rushing to full sedation. I was blown away by the care we received from Dr. Koenigstein. She prescribed a comfort pack for him to take in advance of his appointment, and was very gracious when he was too stubborn to enter the exam room. She spent a great deal of time with him to make him comfortable with her. She also let me stay with my dog during the entire visit, which I think went a long way in keeping him relaxed. As a team of three (the vet tech, Ashley, was amazing too!), we soothed my dog and kept him comfortable through the exam, vaccinations, and even a nail trim. I feel so fortunate to have found this place and would absolutely recommend it to all pet lovers in the local area!

We reached out to Mark who was nothing but professional from beginning to end. He came to meet our pet before services were rendered and was at the first visit with the sitters he employs. Both girls were wonderful with our dog, spent time with him outside and made sure he was tucked in properly with food and water. They texted reports with pictures after each visit to let us know how he was doing. Both my dog and I give Mark and his staff 5 stars and would not hesitate to use them again soon.

They told us she barked too much in the yard and they "have neighbors." Are you kidding me? Go sit in the restaurant parking lot next-door and tell me what you hear, and if you know whose dog is barking in the yard. Do they not expect dogs to bark? I genuinely became concerned in that moment how they would treat her going forward.
