Whoever answers the phone shows favoritism to others and their professionalism sucks. I spoke with the number you call from Google or was a guy, he sent me to a store in a flea market instead of the brick and mortar location. I mentioned what I needed some he said approximately 1week to a week and half. So I agreed, I'll drive an hour since my usual company is over capacity and they do thousands and thousands of printing. I arrived to the flea market and got a quote, then they said wait time is 2-2.5 weeks, that makes no sense so I called back the number on Google and the guy (at the flea shop it's a lady) and mentioned that delivery time has changed, and he gave me a run around on how it could be this and that. Had he let me know before driving a whole 1.2 hours I would've never even made that journey. So they have no sense of doing right by their inaccuracies and were very rude and kept speaking Spanish amongst each other when I ask if they could at least put a rush on it. Expedited etc. So my time isn't all the way wasted. And he said he doesn't care and that it is what it is. Poorest customer service I've ever had. And over screen printing some t shirts. I just needed a clear and concise answer and solution and they go in so many circles to overcharge you when in all reality they don't have the ability to scale large orders in a timely fashion. I believe they would of delayed my stuff more and more or they are subcontracting the screen printing to a much larger company that probably is backed up. COMMUNICATE and RESPECT All RACES of customers! Terrible experience to say the least.
