He opened them in the computer and searched for them via a search engine he uses to get a better view of it. I ordered the size, quality of paper and quantity for each picture I wanted. There were 17 pictures in all. Jake had me return when the job was done. The pictures were gorgeous. Unfortunately only one came out distorted and fuzzy so he gave me a credit at my request on my account. Jake was so helpful and respectful. He also said that I could get any size picture necessary.
