I stopped in on a very busy return day - the final day for any holiday purchases. We begin with a…read morepacked shopping plaza parking lot. Add in a UPS parked in front of the store. Inside the store, meet the chaos of: a storefront packed with stacks of packages (leaving little room for humans), a line of people waiting to be seen, and a UPS employee moving giant carts of packages from inside the store out to the truck. Yet the staff handled it like pros, keeping spirits high with laughing and bantering amongst employees, and being very kind and helpful to people waiting in line. They do have an auto returns machine, which I used but for a couple of items needing extra help. Machine worked great, and the person who helped me behind the counter took barely anytime to process my returns! Thank you!
