Its a really quiet place as well, im not sure whats with the building numbering system but it needs tweeking bad. If your not from there it's a pain tryin to figure out where your building nunber is. It doesn't seem like their on any order really? Also, perhaps a camera system outside would be helpful, just incase something happens in such a seemingly packed parking area. The most concerning issue was a repeated fire alarm malfunction in my unit over almost a year. Despite multiple reports to management and assurances that it was fixed, the problem continued to recur. At one point, even after being told it was resolved, the alarm malfunctioned again. This was a significant safety concern, and I also involved the Columbus Fire Department and City of Columbus due to the ongoing issue. During the summer, I also experienced repeated air conditioning failures, with indoor temperatures reaching unsafe levels (around 90°F). Multiple maintenance visits were conducted, but the issue persisted for months. I was repeatedly told the problem was "fixed" when it was not. At times, I was advised to use fans or open windows despite unsafe indoor conditions. The apartment manager at the time was also extremely unprofessional and combative in her interactions. On multiple occasions, she responded to maintenance concerns in a dismissive and hostile manner, including raising her voice and placing blame on me--for example, stating that issues could be resolved if I simply opened windows or used fans, rather than addressing the underlying problem. As a result of the AC failure, the leasing office promised compensation for hotel stays and inconvenience, which was never provided. Overall, my experience reflected poor communication, repeated unfulfilled maintenance assurances, and lack of reliable resolution for safety-related issues. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

The kitchen boasts beautiful cabinets that offer a lot of storage. Granite countertops are throughout and look really nice on the 'island' portion. It is a very good looking and impressive apartment is the bottom line. All the appliances worked without issue and in the 2 years we lived there, we never had anything close to a major maintenance issue. When we did reach out to them, they were there very quickly and were always polite. The 1.5 baths were very nice in an apartment this size. The master bath has a huge mirror, a walk-in shower, and plenty of room. We liked the bedroom a lot and were happy with all the storage space. Do note that there is carpeting in the bedroom and walk in closet, but it was extremely clean and well maintained. You cannot beat the location! Right in the heart of the Short North, basically walking distance to everything. We were able to bike to campus for work and get to where we needed without issue. Initially we were concerned with the noise levels, but our apartment was located in the back and overlooked the courtyard. It was very quiet, and we could rarely hear our neighbors or the street. If noise is a concern of yours, I suggest waiting for something that is around the courtyard (which is awesome by the way). The staff was great, and the building was very well maintained. It was always clean, and we never had a problem with mail or packages. There was never an issue with the elevators, even when moving in and out. All of the stuff you don't want to deal with, garbage and what not was convenient and clean as well. We loved this apartment and the only reason we didn't stay longer is that we moved. You won't be disappointed by The Hub.

While the room was smaller than expected, it was equipped with the essentials, including a Murphy Bed, small table and chair, microwave, full-sized fridge and freezer, stand-up shower, and toilet. Additionally, the TV allowed me to sign into my personal streaming accounts or watch live TV. They then sold me a lease to a unit where the unit next door to a daycare. Six screaming toddlers play six feet from my window when the weather is nice. Worse, my upstairs neighbors throw 45 pounds over and over at the rafters morning, day, and night, above every room. I have cancer and need to sleep. I work at home but have lost clients because they can't hear me over the impacts. When I reported this to management, their answer was that this is normal use of the unit, but I could give them thousands of dollars and move to a different unit at my own expense. It's literally killing me, which I told them. The abuse of my unit continues, and I can't work or sleep. Don't move here. Management doesn't care about anything other than money.
