We were initially quoted about a two-week turnaround and needed to follow up when we hadn't received a notification yet. Weeks later these vendors (having written down my card info without my knowledge) created a new charge against my account without my authorization. Thus committing card fraud and theft. Beware of these scammers! Entire issue reorted to our bank and Visa, which has initiated a investigation into this card theft scam that is still underway.
