Enjoyed today's visit at Miniso Las Vegas Fashion Show Mall on a Saturday, 4th of July weekend. The last time we visited this store was 10 months ago and when they first opened. Staff were great and friendly. We were greet as soon as we entered the store. The store was fully replenished and you can see some of the employees continuing to replenish the floor. Plenty of adorable merchandise to choose from. They pretty much carry the same merchandise and brands like other Miniso locations and if not more. They also have a good selection of blind bags. read more

Shopping in Las Vegas, Nevada... We were walking back to the car when my niece asked to go to Miniso... of course! Located on the upper level of Fashion Show Mall on The Strip (where parking is free), this store is based in China. It features various characters such as Snoopy, The Power Puff Girls, Miffy, BT21, Hello Kitty, Winnie the Pooh, and more! Service was efficient and friendly! I added my purchases to my Loyalty Rewards account by telling the cashier my phone number. Easy! The assistant manage, Erica, is terrible at customer service. Rather than assist customers, she'd rather just demand her staff do as they are told. I have been to the store several times and she is just beyond rude. When asked about a price she scoffed her eyes and spoke to me like I was stupid for asking a question. read more

Came here a while back while in town... located in the middle of the mall... this store is bright with lots of merchandise at decent prices. Lots of kawaii / Sanrio / skincare / toys /etc. it's a bit larger than other Miniso locations I've been too. Clean and organized. Plenty of staff roaming around. Worth checking out! read more

Cuteness overload... Putting it so mildly Miniso has a great selection when it comes to finding a particular character all in one shop, this Fashion Show Mall location is a fun and vibrant shop filled with so much fun yet some practical items to brighten up any part of your life. What I do love is that they have items for your car as well since we spend so much time dealing with traffic and running around the little touches does make it that much better and you can definitely find it here. This little shop is quite cozy and does make it a bit challenging to share an aisle but they do keep it so neat and organize it's just basically my indecisiveness that keeps me circling around, though if you have any questions the staff is always so helpful and amazing and on this visit I got some hair accessories as they do have a reasonably priced deal discounting multiple item purchases which helps to create smiles for many friends. I came to this miniso a few days ago. Miniso is one of my favorite stores so I am so sad about the experience that I had. One of the workers kept following my friends and I around and was being SO rude to us. This made the entire shopping experience extremely uncomfortable for my friends and I. I didn't get her name, but I believe she was an African American woman who was a bit on the bigger side. I don't think I will ever return to this miniso, and I don't know if I will go to another one for a while. So sad to see. read more

The place is way bigger than the one at Shanghai Plaza. I love that they have so much cute inventory, but the corner area get so crowded and it's so hard to move around and the stock item we're laying around the floor that also makes it hard to walk around it on a very busy crowded day... Selection of item are great from hair accessories, small storages, a lot of plushies, snacks and drinks, stationary etc... So much options to choose from, nice place to get some gift stuffers to add on. Some of the prices are pretty decent some of them I think is over price a norm everywhere you go. This is not our first time visiting mini so here or other state. This is the only location I've been that no one ever say hello welcome. Checkout needs a little work, they need at least 2- cashiers or some back up if there's only 1 cashier, they need to be attentive on the line I guess if they the line is long and wrapping I think the people stocking the floors should help out. Miniso can be a hit or miss depends on their seasonal promotions and what's available at their store, we've been there where items we like a lot and can buy quite a few items at the same place, during spring break, while they are changing merchandise, it can be lackluster. We generally like going there each time we visit Las Vegas, we've also been to their other stores at different malls, too. Their membership program is decent does provide a discount for us. It's a busy packed store most of the time being located in Shanghai Plaza. Staff are helpful and swift to get patrons taken care of. 4 stars read more

Something for everyone! There's home decor, beauty, stationary, toys, plushies, snacks and drinks. I could spend hours going through every aisle, oohing and ahhhing at everything. The sales associate offered to ring me up and once she rung up everything she specifically said "oh so you get a FREE bag" meaning the shopping bags and I thought to myself I guess they aren't charging for it right now during the holidays. She even gave options but then I saw on my receipt that she actually rung up the bag! I was only 30 cents but it's just annoying and felt like I got conned. She literally said it was FREE. Sales of shopping bags shouldn't be a big deal for the associate have to falsely say they are free. She might have been a manager cause she gave manager vibes and she had two other associates standing next to her at the cash register. read more

Just went to Miniso today and compared to my last visit I was very unsatisfied. There was no customer service, no greeting, the store was a mess and the girl working there had glasses and long hair. I asked her if she had a certain product that I saw on Tiktok and she gave me attitude! They were just sitting on the floor letting customers walk by. Will not be shopping there again! read more

I was very disappointed. I came to Miniso around March. It was very nice and they had a lot of stock. I left with two bags full of things. However, I was disappointed this time. The store was a complete mess and there were boxes of product ls blocking the way to some shelves. There was no greeting, and their stock wasn't good. Last time, there was an elaborate stock of faux nails and eyelashes. They completely took it off; now theres only one set of lashes and three sets of mediocre looking nails in stock. The store itself is clean and cute and has decent products that are a tiny bit overpriced for the quality. Although I only went inside because Sanrio products were advertised. You could just go to another store with better prices. However the aspect that made the experience horrible and the reason I give it a 1 star is the dingy red headed employee with fucked up teeth and a fat moon face. Me and my friend were shopping for a gift and was treated with disrespect and told to hurry up. Her attitude was completely nasty, and she looked miserable to be there. My advice would be to get a new job if you're going to treat customers so horribly. Everything was going fine until I got rung up by her and was met with petty remarks and felt judged for what I was buying. If you want similar products for a better price and with much better customer service, I would recommend Kuma Co. it's nearby and upstairs and I will no be shopping with miniso. Shit is cheap!! Felt like I was shopping at the 99 cent store with regular prices. read more
