I've been here a few times in each time I can spend hours here painting and adding to my pottery. It's such a relaxing hobby and the staff is really friendly if you have any questions sometimes I wish though that they had better or more unique options to paint I've gone three times to try and get a plate to paint but there is never any plates lol I still love my little froggy bowl

We added a stop at The Pottery Shop as part of our date night. My wife made reservations and was able to get us in for a $1 paint fee. Normally it's $9 per person. That doesn't include your piece which are priced individually. The shop is big and offers seating that can accommodate different group sizes. Lighting is hit and miss depending on where you sit. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They were knowledgeable about the process and offered recommendations that helped keep us clean and on track. We plan on bringing the whole family over the holidays :)

Looking for a fun, creative date idea? The Pottery Shop is the perfect spot! The hubs and I had a post-Christmas date here, and it was such a memorable experience. You can reserve a spot to paint pre-made ceramics or, like we did, take a spin on the pottery wheel for a hands-on adventure. The spin class lasts about an hour, and booking is super easy through their Eventbrite link. Our instructor, Alex, was amazing--so patient and encouraging! She walked us through each step, demonstrating the techniques before letting us give it a try. Each student gets three pieces of clay to work with. You can pick one piece to take home (included in the class price), or keep additional creations for $15 each. We couldn't resist--we kept all three of mine and two of the hubs's! Alex offers a variety of gorgeous glaze finishes, and she'll dry, fire, and glaze the pieces for us. In about four weeks, they'll be ready to take home and enjoy. This class was so much fun and really got our creative juices flowing. Whether it's for a date, family outing, or solo project, The Pottery Shop is a unique and relaxing way to spend your day. Highly recommend giving it a try! Pro Tips: - Ladies, cut your nails if possible. Not a must but it'll feel so much better. - Bring a square pillow to sit on if possible. The metal chairs are a bit uncomfortable. - Don't miss the phone holder right at the workstation like I did lol you'll be able to record what you're doing!

My boyfriend and I did a wheel-throwing class here, and Ali is an amazing teacher. We successfully made our bowls because of him! He loves and respects his art, and you can tell he's passionate about pottery. I highly recommend taking the class! It takes 4-6 weeks for everything to be glazed and fired, and we seriously can't wait to see the finished product!

My friends took me out for my birthday celebration here and we had so much fun! We made a reservation online and got our own table. The painter's fee is $9 each and the additional price depends on the piece you choose to paint. They had many types of pottery, from salt shakers to plates, trinkets to vases, dogbowls to toothbrush holders, etc. They recommend coming 10 minutes before your appointment to choose your piece. I did notice that after we all chose our pieces, new pottery designs made their way onto the shelf that we did not see before. The staff made sure to explain their process, but if one forgot, the postcard they gave each painter had instructions on the back. Also, the postcard was used to hold your paint, which I did find a little difficult to keep all the paint colors separate from each other. If you needed to clean your postcard, there is a sink next to the single restroom. Paints were located on one side of the studio next to the cabinet of stencils and aprons. For the finer details, paint pens were available at the check-out counter. I do wish there were more paint pens available as I had to check back multiple times before the color I needed was put back (I believe there were only one paint pen of each color). There was a small party going on one side of the studio where I saw people with outside food (pizza boxes and drinks), so this would be a great place to have a small party with food! Overall, I will definitely be back to paint more pieces as this was such a therapeutic activity. They said the pieces are usually glazed and ready for pick-up around 14 days, but since we came in during the holidays, it may take 16 days.

Such a fun event!! Live music, mini charcuterie boards, spooky drinks, halloween costumes and pottery painting, what more can you ask for?!? The staff was super helpful in anything we needed, paints, how to's etc. definitely a fun girls night or date night

Amazing place for date night or time with the kids/family. Their prices are reasonable and the kids had fun picking and painting their pieces.

So relaxing and quaint and modern. I had such a great time painting the pottery piece I chose. It reminded me of the simple good old days of just relaxing and making something with your hands and arts and crafts. Just bliss. This place is super clean and organized. There's tons of pottery pieces to choose from at the front in different price ranges. After selecting your item, the ladies at the front desk provide instructions and what to do and give a placard to hold paint. Find a spot at a table, grab an apron optional, then choose your paints to add to your card. I got to work dampening my vase with sponge and water and sat down with the Vegas Girls group that I came with. We all had a good time chatting and painting and helping each other. What a great bonding time with girls. I picked up my vase after 2 weeks and it was beautiful and shiny. I'm taking my husband here next for an awesome date night! Pure bliss.

The whole PM crew on May 16th was amazing! The level of service really shows when you're anyone's last guest of the night. We did a walk in Thursday night and were their last guests. They treated us so kindly. They walked us through the steps and ensured we were satisfied. It's an affordable activity with a Groupon available. I loved it and cannot wait to see my project in two weeks!

I came here on Valentine's Day with some coworkers and it was a fun experience. There are so many different pottery options to choose from. There are also stencils, pain pens, and brushes to use. We made a total of 5 pottery items and it took a little less than 2 weeks for us to pick them up. The colors that they will end up looking like don't necessarily match the colors when they are initially painted on. Don't worry, I swear it turns out that color after the fact. The staff was really friendly and there's music playing extremely softly so it's still easy to talk with others or just quietly concentrate on your art piece. This is a good place to go alone or with a group. It is an artists playground for sure.

Nice concept of something to do near the strip. It was super busy when we went. The ladies working up front give you their spiel of how it works before you get to your table. They have an okay selection of pottery to choose from. Once we got to our seats, we were given a small palette to include maybe 4 colors at a time. The paints were grouped by shades of color. The people who worked here did not come around to check on us or help, which is probably not expected here, but at other pottery shops there were people that would check on your table and help when needed. You'll need to let your creative juices flow and just hope for the best that your paint project comes out good. It takes about two weeks to get your completed ceramics back. It will be exactly two weeks tomorrow and we haven't received a notification that it's ready, so we'll probably call tomorrow to see if it's ready.

    Friends having fun

My friend and I went to paint pottery. I've been several times and this was her first time. We had a blast. The friendliness of the staff Jackie, Julie and Alex made us feel very welcome and came around to check on us a few times. Makes the experience so much better with employee interaction. This is not just a place to paint pottery but to catch up and talk, and enjoy the fun times of friendship. There's a lot of different paints, stencils, stamps, etc. There are many places around but The Pottery Shop is the best, it will not disappoint. Our pottery was ready for pickup in about 10 days. Looking forward to our next visit.

This place is so cute and peaceful. We really enjoyed our pottery workshop. Each ticket for the class is $39 each. I think it is a good value for the price. The first visit you create your mushroom. The second is for painting after it's been baked in the kiln. Our class was an intimate group with 6 people. It was a great size because it gives us plenty of time for one-on-one attention from our instructor, Coi. Coi was an awesome instructor. She made our experience better with her great energy and good vibes. She was patient with us!! Will definitely return for more projects in the future!

The piece was supposed to be fired and ready for pickup, and the store was supposed to text when it was done. I never got a text. I came in today to pick it up and was told the piece had been there over a month, and because no one picked it up, they donated it. No call, no text, no email, no warning before it was given away. The only thing offered was a credit toward painting a new piece. Not a refund of the sitting fee. Not the original piece back. Just a credit, after I drove a round trip for nothing and my daughter walked out with no gift for her mom days before Mother's Day. A few things stand out: 1. If the policy is that unclaimed pieces get donated after a month, that needs to be communicated clearly at checkout and a notification needs to actually go out before the piece is given away. 2. A handmade gift from a child to her mother isn't replaceable with a store credit. The whole point was that she made it.
