It is always clean, and when something is spilled, it is immediate cleaned. Poor reviews are going to come from people who expect this to be Whole Foods or Trader Joe's, which it is not. I have never experienced a manager standing in the checkout area. Not even once, and I've been shopping here for about 15 years. My only complaint is that the yams were very very stringy. Because i stayed 30 minutes from the location I could not drive back right away.
