It is an indoor mall with plenty of free parking. They also have a pretty big food court.

Supercentre in Kelowna…read more Truly large location with friendly staff and well stocked shelves. Aisles are clean and it's Walmart. There is also a self check out here along with 12 under items check out and of course regular check out. McDonald's located inside this location which is nice to keep kids and parents fed before or after shopping. Parking lot is abundant and on its own within the shopping complex. Walmart shoppers rejoice. Great location.

I don't need any more reusable bags, I have too many and I'm not interested in advertising for Walmart. I just wanted a basic 25 cent bag. and as I saw many many people just grabbing these 25 cent bags I thought they were available for purchase. I asked one of the employees for a bag and was summarily told I coups not buy one, which seemed odd to me because everyone was buying them. Is this discrimination, kind of looks at that way. If everyone I saw buying these less expensive bags were not necessarily delivery people, seems like an inconsistent policy. Not interested in returning again.

The cashiers are rude and push you along without providing bagging help. It turns out that the cashiers must spent a certain amount of time per customer so they are timed. This is a bad policy! The cashiers push other people's items into the area where you pickup your food if you are slower than they want. They do not assist with bagging. Perhaps, they can't given that the store treats them as if they are on an assembly line. Prices are not properly displayed. Help from staff while you shop within the store is non-existent.

Produce prices are not properly displayed. You have to use the price check to make sure that your vegetables, for instance mushrooms, are sold for their flyer rice. Some prices are not adjusted to flyer prices and customers have to haggle with the staff to get the right price. The advantage of this mismanagement mess is that if the advertised prices are lower than what it says on the register screen, if you ask for it free, and everyone should, you get the product for free, if it costs less than $ 10. Who ever the manager is, he or she should be replaced.
