Let me update you guys here: We hired Joe and his team as our property manager for a property. We have at The Beach a few years ago. Every time we have a problem with a Tenant he immediately starts screaming that we have to do whatever they tell us to do to make them happy, never even looking into the situation to see if they might be scamming or scheming or trying to get away with something Never supports his clients When my wife tried to speak to him about it, he screamed at her for five minutes on the phone, not letting her get a word in edgewise told her that he was tired of representing our property if we're not gonna do what the tenants want. Since then, he has not returned any of my calls to address the situation (sign of a guilt conscience) and is hiding his head in the sand, hoping that this will all be forgotten No, sorry, Joe.
