Zero stars if Yelp would let me. I sent a request via Yelp for quotes from roofing companies to…read morerepair a leak. Tyrone Jara, the owner, responded to my Yelp quote request within minutes. He came the next morning to inspect and gave a verbal quote. Quote was very reasonable. So I scheduled the repair for six days later when he said they were available. So far, so good right? All down hill from there. No one showed up on the service date, so I messaged Tyrone, who did not respond for nearly an hour. He eventually said their current job had issues and they would be there another hour. Would've been nice if someone had let me know since I took time off from work to be home for the appointment. So I messaged him back immediately asking if they were still coming after the other job was done. Tyrone never responded and they didn't come. The next day I asked again and he finally responded that they'd come between 2:00 and 3:00 that day. Again no one showed up so I inquired again. Tyrone said because it was raining they would "hold off". I immediately asked if he meant hold off until later in the day or hold off for another day. Again, he never responded. I've messaged him two more times to see if he still wanted the job, but days later and he has never responded. Extremely poor customer service and lack of responsiveness from this company. I can't attest to the quality of their work since they would never show up when they said and the owner just stopped responding. I guess he feels like he's doing you a favor by taking a job and you should just deal with his poor customer service and not expect to be told when they're not going to show up. I wouldn't hire this guy now if he said he'd do it for free!
