Yes it's M&S and yes it's M&S prices but the one thing that makes me happy right now is not the food and the quality of there product but the fact there is a changing room for babies. Yes, as a guy I rarely know which places are for feeding and changing outside if mother care but this place had come to my rescue. Throughout this experience m and s bromley has shone strongly... barring the odd queue which I expected I have been greeted by happy staff...pretty full shelves and many ways around the store to be advised of... I always emerge happy and relieved they were there. There are a few very good staff...who will be glad I can't name them... but well done to all! read more

Marks and sparks is still going strong with customers and this is probably due to the high quality and image they have established over the years. The food range is particularly good quality, the prices are above standard but you really do know you are eating something that has been prepared and cooked in optimum conditions. The carrot and walnut cake is my favourite. It costs justs over £2.50 for a small/medium cake which serves about 4 people but it is definatly worth every penny. Their biscuit collections are also very good and the cookies are definatly better quality than what you would get from your local supermarket. Marks and Spencers don't really have many sales but then again everyone knows the quality so will always pay the asking price all year round. read more

Marks food has never disappointed before so I bought a Piri piri wrap for my partner and a Coconut chicken & Mango sunshine wrap for myself ,I would like to know who made up these wraps as my sunshine wrap was just a dry chicken and leaves wrap ! my sunshine wrap really let me down , no coconut no mango , will not buy again ! I really like this branch of M&S. All of the departments are large enough to be well-stocked and it is big and airy enough to walk around fairly comfortably. The food hall is generally my favourite section as M&S food is so nicely packaged and tasty enough for it to be evil, but I still cannot help buying food from them quite often. The only weird thing about this M&S that takes some getting used to is the layout! This generally has to do with the weird layout and general slopiness of the Glades in general, but it can be very disconcerting to walk in on what you think is the ground floor and end up having to take the escalator upstairs to get back outside on to street level again! read more

This is a very large branch of Marks and Spencer. It has entrances on the high street and also in The Glades shopping mall. I love this branch as it has a vast range of homewares as well as the usual clothing and accessories. The restaraunt is very clean with good quality food, I usually just have a sandwich and cup of tea. My favourite deparment is the Per Una clothing I don't buy it very often as it is rather expensive, but very stylish. The store is always neat and well cared for with polite and helpful staff. read more

I love this store from it's great clothes department, gifts, homewares and then downstairs the fantastic huge food hall stocked with all their famous own brands. There's even a hot snack bar so you can stop and grab a bite to eat. I know m&s food can be pricey but you get good quality and always helpful. This is my favourite branch of M&S. It is has modern and stylish fittings, making it a lovely, bright and pleasant environment to shop in. As it is a large store that has two floors, I have found that you get always get really good choice and variety. The quality of the clothing and bedding is very good in particular. I do rather like the Food section too. M&S's Oakham Chicken is may chicken of choice. No other chicken is the same! I also use the Foreign Exchange service which is located on the second floor, because they have very good and competitive exchange rates and no commission to pay. read more

This is a huge branch that leads from the high street to the main Glades shopping centre. There is a large clothes section and also a M&S food section. The staff are always friendly and they are very easy to find. It does get very busy because it is used as one of the main entrances into the centre so be prepared to get budged every now and again. This particular Marks & Spencer also does a lot of free product testing when they launch a new item. For example if they sell a new wine they will have someone handing out tiny tasters so keep walking through and you will soon be tipsy before lunch!! read more

This is a good sized Marks and Spencers that is linked to The Glades Shopping Centre but also has an entrance on the main shopping street in Bromley. Lifts and escalators are good. Always busy, but has everything you would expect from a good M&S including a cafe. Staff were helpful and friendly even on a busy Saturday. read more

This is a good branch of M&S, it is big, well laid out and has a comprehensive range, sadly last time I was here I felt the staff were not as good as they could have been as 4 different people pointed me to someone else and I was sent on a 15 minute full circle with a simple query about whether they sold any blankets. Like all Marks and Spencer stores this one has no surprises. Good quality clothes, shoes, homewares, food and gifts. The staff are always willing to help and with the lifts going up to the car park it is very handy! The little cafe is great aswell, a real bonus! read more

One of the worse shops - I get claustrophobic because you can't see daylight. The whole shop is not laid out properly, and I can't see my way around. There's too much space, and not enough ways of getting round it. It should be all on one level, not spread out. read more

I agree with others that the store is good with a very decent food department. However the most disappointing part was the 'Tasting cafe'. It is drab, with unimaginative furniture and poorly laid out. Certainly does not reflect M&S quality. The tables were dirty, the floor was dirty (I know this reflects the customers) but it should be cleaned up. I will certainly not be going in there again, even to get my complimentary cups of coffee. It's not many times in life where people are more than happy to help, but my encounter at Marks&Spencer bromley branch today made me realise that there are people out there that are more than happy to help others in a time of desperation and need!. So I waited from 7:30 for the branch to open praying they sell suit covers, I walked in an 8am sharp and was greeted very welcomely by a lovely lady named Beverly, and a manager Becky who assisted me impeccably, I was on my way to Wales for an awards ceremony and desperately needed a suit cover but I was surprised that the only one they had in stock was £49.99, I'm no cheapskate, but that price, for a suit cover, just wasn't happening, so I asked politely if they would issue me a cover which you receive when you buy a suit from m&s which I intended to pay for, but was told they aren't for sale as they had no value and couldn't be put through the till, but after some kind thought from Becky, she issued me one, as it was given to me, I endeavoured to buy something from m&s to make up for their good will, I strongly advise to use this branch, and when I'm famous,(if) I'm famous, I shall definitely be going back there to buy all of my suits and many more things!!, thankyou Bev and Becky, you saved the day!!!
