Needed a new battery and alternator. After 6 months of owning the rack and pinion, power steering pump had to be changed, new exhaust system, valve cover gaskets, brakes/rotors, new oil pan, tie rods and alignment. I've sunk way too much into this car. It clunks now and am being told the sway bar links are shot. I'm on my second year of having this car and have literally replaced and fixed everything. I have every receipt of work done. If I could give a zero review I would. Guys a crook not sure who inspected the car but threat person should be fired.

I test drove multiple cars, all very nice, finding one at last that spoke to me. The owner, Sinan, and staff were very accommodating and supportive of this process. Binghamton Auto Exchange is overflowing with quality, pre-owned luxury cars, as they claim. Very impressive stock at good prices. The owner is choosy about what he brings in for sale, finding only high quality and something special in each vehicle. He tells me "I only bring in what I would drive myself." Sinan and Elizabeth made the buying experience so pleasant (and fun) that I almost hated to drive away! And Nick, from the on-site garage, is not only good at what he does, but helpful to talk with in his suggestions on routine maintenance. You won't find any stuffy, high-pressure salespeople here...in fact, no salesmen at all. You find a car on the website or lot ... the owner is on premises for direction if you wish ... the staff is professional and friendly. Very relaxed, yet easy to do business with. This is not the average 'used car dealer' by any means. My first purchase was over 20 years ago from the same place and guy! ... probably won't be my last. ~ Tony

No I'm sorry...No call in advance letting me know...No customer service skills whats-so-ever. I even sent an email looking for an explanation about the mix up and they couldn't even be bothered to replay. What a lousy way to treat a potential customer right from the same neighborhood your business is in. I'll be sure to tell everyone about how well you treated me...That you can count on...Last time they'll EVER have an opportunity to sell me anything...

There was a small issue with a sensor that they took care of quickly and completely. I live about 100 miles away from the dealership so they saved me a trip by setting me up with a repair shop close to home who took care of the problem. I recall reading a generally negative review on another site where the customer complained that the company seemed a little too laid back and its employees seemed to be more interested in watching a soccer match on television than selling cars. For me, that was a plus, not a minus. Unlike visits to other car dealerships where it seems as if the sales rep is always trying to convince me that I am his/her new best friend, Leo and the folks at Priceline are not those phony, cookie cutter car sales reps, but just decent people trying to do a good job for their customers. I think that they realize that they won't make every sale but that if they treat their customers and would-be customers properly, they will come out far ahead in the long run. These are the type of people that I enjoy doing business with. I highly recommend!

This is a small used car dealer/repair shop in vestal NY. They have maybe 25 cars on the lot,…read moremostly 3-5 years old. Their webpage was up to date and spot on with the photos, descriptions and the asking prices were the same as the prices given in person. The best part of it was their site was up to date with their stock, a big problem for most of the car dealers I have dealt with over the years. Richard (son of Carlo, who I also met briefly) was very thorough in his presentation of the car, both in it's history, all the work they did to it to ready it for sale (he showed me the invoices!) I am a licensed auto appraiser, and as an occupational hazard I pick out flaws in any cars fit and finish. Richard was telling them to me even before I pointed them out. I've never had a dealer be so honest and up front about a vehicle they were trying to sell. He allowed my wife and I to take a lengthy test drive...by ourselves...so we could put the car through it's paces. He even recommended a place we could each lunch, as we were not from the area. I am an educated buyer, I knew exactly what I wanted and what a fair price would be. The actual negotiation was easy, I made a fair offer and he accepted it. No BS, no tricks, nothing other than "that's fair, I can do that" I've bought a ton of cars in my life, both new and used. This was by far the best purchase experience that I have ever had. I've had the car for just about a month now, had zero issues with it and I could not be happier with the experience. The next time I go shopping, they will be first on my list.

Plus who wants to ADMIT that they paid too much???? But I have yet to see anything that makes me feel other than I got a good deal on a good car. Vestal CDJR has a horrible service department. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass in November 2020…read more The service department wrecked the front end on the day I was to take delivery. The service technician neglected to properly close the hood before he test drove it to make sure it was OK for delivery. It flipped up while he was driving it and damaged the hood and both front quarter panels. I ended up waiting until the end of January 2021 to take delivery. My salesman took care of it but I never heard from anyone else at the dealership during this whole time. Not the dealership manager, not a single other person contacted me to apologize. I never got any kind of compensation or free oil changes for being inconvenienced for nearly 2 1/2 months. Lame. The last time I dealt with the repair department, the service writer Gail Reddy tried to sell me 4 cheap-ass Kelly tires for $1100 because mine were worn. I got 4 high-quality Falcon ATs from my mechanic for $150 less installed and it included a NY State inspection. She also claimed I needed a new axle seal for $300. My mechanic inspected the vehicle and found no indication that it needed replacement. So she tried to scam me out of an extra $450. The service department is a nightmare to deal with. You have to call and leave a message and then they get back to you to set up a time. Only they never do. I always end up calling my salesman who gives me a bullshit story about how all the service calls are routed to the Title Department. Apparently this is something that has been going on for months because I had to deal with the service department twice within a year and got the same story from him. I love my Jeep in spite of all of this but I will never buy a Jeep from Vestal CDJR and I will never deal with their service department. Avoid Vestal CDJR at all costs.
