He was on time and very thorough. I could tell immediately that he had a level of experience and passion for his craft that the other bidders didn't possess. I've never installed a deck let alone a flat deck that needed to be waterproof so I wanted someone to lend their expertise. He did just that and gave us ideas of what he would do while keeping in mind what we wanted. It was a great experience so we hired them. They got us on the schedule as soon as the weather cooperated. The crew were professional and timely and the final product looks great! Now, time for the railings to be installed by another company. The railings had some other considerations that were tough for someone without experience to navigate. Brandon took it upon himself to interface with the railing people as well which wasn't really even his job. He came by and met with them to get a game plan for installing the railings that worked for everyone. They told me last year that they would return to make some repairs but didn't show up. I notified the company that hired them and then the owner sent me an email that the roof was inspected when installed so there isn't anything wrong with it. I have shingles that have shifted and buckled plus roofing isn't secured around windows so water goes underneath the shingles. To avoid further damage to my roof two different roofing companies told me it's difficult to repair half of the roof that wasn't secured properly and would be easier to replace the roof. I've tried to give them the option of making the repairs before I have to hire another roofing company. I was advised to take them to court for the replacement costs.
