They are very helpful, they answered my questions even the dumb ones. I call, they call back that day or the next. They also email me back when I send them documents for my file they send a email back letting me know they got it. I had no issues with them, they are great. At first when you get into it there isn't anything they can do until the money is paid so they can start the process. After you get the balance paid they move pretty fast they let you know whats going to happen, you'll meet up with Sam, he'll go over everything with you, make sure you didn't forget anything. Walk you through the process on what to exspect and what will happen. Befire you pay the money they will let you know what the process is what you need to get ready so while you are paying on it you can get everything together. There is alot to get, past bills IRS, IDR, credit cards, leins everything. Your pay stubs your bank statements amd so on. After you pay then you can proceed getting it all locked in. I had my stuff done not even a week after meeting with Sam went alot faster then I thought. First phone conversation with lawyer there..., He asked questions, then kept interrupting that I did Not know that, this, things in court weren't said, etc I was In court, he never represented me, was Not there.., but kept telling me I know nothing about my situation! He's the type that created his Own fantasy of what transpired With me. He must be psychic to know everything. Like I say ~ First convo with this guy, asked me to enlighten him with my info...., But continually interrupted and corrected me. I found them to be the opposite of the other review. Maybe they went in there rude & obnoxious? I don't know. I was in a very sticky situation & Jake (Sam stopped by to help, too) was amazing. Didn't get a chance to access the attorneys so they may be top notch. I didn't get past Alex the gate keeper. He argued with me about my money after I paid 800$ to initially start using their services. I ended up asking for a refund within 20 mins because of his rudeness. He then wouldn't give any info about the refund, said he issued it and it's up to the bank when I get it back and hung up. I called back the next day with my bank rep on 3 way and he hung up again. Called a 3rd time and he was rude and condescending until the bank rep chimed in. We got transferred after 10 mins of asking to be transferred and him saying "they are just gonna tell you the same thing". Well, they didn't, they told me something totally opposite. The call ended with my bank rep asking that maybe the pricess should be communicated better by Alex the gate keeper and that was putting it mildly. Again, lawyers may be awesome but you may never know because of the way the receptionist Alex acts. They have probably lost clients and don't even know it because of this. read more

If you're a female DO NOT GO HERE. There was never any paperwork, as in no contract seen, given, nor signed. There was never a legal/bankruptcy fee disclosure. They never gave me a list of items needed to collect, nor a list of my debts, nor requested my credit report. Guys, a contract showing fees and required documents, indicating the services provided is the Law. What attorney have you ever hired that never had you sign an agreement?! They scheduled 5 appointments, 4 of which I attended only to be told Clara isn't in, one time Sam wasn't in. Sam never sat down with me. Condescending. Bully. The description couldn't be more hypocritical. "We don't just hand you a stack of papers...we believe in treating you with respect" Ha! This place and Sam are a joke! Sam is clearly intimated by smart women who present facts, who remember what he said and women who can read his condescending emails. He must have amnesia because Sam forgets what he has said and even written!! Sam is a jerk and a female bully!! They deserve negative stars. He knows nothing of Family Law yet made assumption after assumption about a divorce case. He has been rude & presumptuous. He claims he went through the file I dropped off but when I picked it up, envelopes were still sealed shut, every statement was in the same order as I had dropped it off. He claimed he could only refund the filing fee of $335 and $300 of attorney fees. When I stood up to him about his arrogance, he gave me a full refund.
