Amazon telling us that no label printing is required and having UPS contradict this and charge for printing in some instances. * The shared parking lot can be tricky to get out of. An option is to use the exit behind the hardware store to avoid street traffic on Beaver Avenue.

What I had sent was a lighted display and a small bag containing multiple small (about 1") figurines of various items that were purchased in hospital gift shop. What she received was lighted display only. I can only guess that at some point before the packaging and sealing and sending that the small items were removed and reside in someone's house but not my sisters. BAD UPS. BAD!
