Immediately engaged by a warm and affable Dan LaVoie, I immediately knew there would not be the usual sales pitches and pressure. He was knowledgable and informative, helping us understand our options. I was convinced he was our advocate to get the best bed for the money we were able or interested in spending. It is difficult to put into words, but sometime you cross paths with a "people person" who fosters trust and puts you at ease, so much so that you become a bit skeptical that there must be some catch. There is no catch--real deal character. Once he new our range we discussed options while my son was honing his comfort preferences. We came to terms on the best option for us. Before buying, I told Dan I was going to go to a couple of other places that afternoon. He gave us advice and questions to ask about product options at the competitors before we hit the road. This showed an uncommon level of confidence and professionalism, and after my due diligence, I went back to Mattress Firm and purchased the set we selected. Scheduled the delivery 2 weeks from purchase, understandable, didn't follow the nearest crossroad that we told them, took a wrong drive, got stuck in a 2track within quarter mile, would not allow alternative / correct route same day & pushed delivery out 11 more days. Terrible when you've removed all furniture from your living room. Told by customer service it would be expedited and then they tell us delivery 11 days out.

Couch back boards broke to where boards put hole in back of couch and messed up my wall. Loveseat wasn't as bad but seams on front bottom came open and the recliner omg seams in seat and lower part came apart and the material was unraveling.
