The tag was washed out, and the pillow itself had lint from something blue. I contacted the company and asked for a replacement for the wrong product, provided pictures showing the obvious error, and provided the UPC codes for the pillows. Upon receipt of the requested information, I was informed that they had refunded the price of the incorrect pillow, the business did not have the ability to provide a replacement product, but I was free to order another and they would as COURTESY waive one-time the shipping for the replacement. However, they did not really have the ability to waive the shipping fee, I would have to pay it first, and THEN they would waive it when contacted. This was an online purchase, and I have NEVER had such an awful purchasing experience, and I certainly will NOT do any more business with them.
