We purchased a house and needed locks changed and wanted to have them changed when we moved in. Jonathan, Marks son, was prompt after we called for his service. He was referred by our realtor and he is mobile. When he arrived initially the locks he got we changed our minds. He was patient and made sure we got what we wanted. He gave us options and explained the differences in the locks and we chose a brand he recommend. We also wanted them all to match and he was able to get them the day we moved all our items in. It was after 5:00 P.M. and he made sure he came and finished all our locks and doors so that we could feel safe in our new home. Such a lifesaver, we needed a duplicate key for our car and have it programed. Other locksmith's tried to program one and said it couldn't be done. Not only did he make AND program a new key, he actually fixed the broken one (the broken one that the other locksmiths and dealer said it couldn't be fixed. Marks Mobile you're awesome!! Originally called in because we wanted to change our locks/deadbolts from the front door. Ours had no screws at all and was stuck pretty good in the door we were so clueless how to take it out without damaging the door. We called Marks Mobile to help us out, they were going to come out and charge $100 but instead they suggested to save our money they could guide us. Well they did! And it was super fast. A second generation locksmith and NOT your basic ordinary locksmith. I have a Door King entry security system with a magnetic lock. The system was compromised and needed an overhaul after 12 years. Jonathan replaced the defective mag lock, replaced the power supply, rewired the communication box to the junction box and tested the complete system. Had a near disaster turn out great because of Mark. Our car fob died - keyless ignition, and no physical key with us. AAA couldn't help, every dealership was closed, and it looked like it was gonna take at least a day, plus be thousands of dollars to get it figured out. Mark responded, after hours, came to us in 20 minutes, and fixed our old fob and made a new one for us on the spot, for a tenth of the price. He even made dinner recommendations since we had missed our original reservations. Mark was professional, patient, and an expert in his trade! My Dad passed away in 2013, taking the combination to his Fort Knox Safe with him! Fortunately, Mark came prepared ... he looked at my Dad's hints, and, he thought he knew what the combination was. And, he was right; he had it opened in 2 minutes!! After our usual locksmith told us on Tuesday that they were unable to help us until Friday, we started calling other locksmith's in the area. Luckily for us, I called Mark's Mobile Locksmith first. Nice guy. Did a great job! I should have asked when he thought he would be at my house because it took quite a bit longer than I expected but that's on me.
