There were new people running it who looked like a couple of Samoan guys and they couldn't get anything right. Even a simple dirt-common Schlage door key had to be brought back twice before it would work at all, and even then it was stiff. They told me a Chicago double-side key I needed a copy of was a "special" key which would cost $ 11 to copy. No it isn't. When I protested, they dropped the price to $ 6. Which is still a bit high. Several other Chicago keys I had copied, did not work. How can you screw up a key copy? I had to bring the entire locks back in and wait, while they fiddled with the locksets until the keys worked. But surprise...they didn't work the other locks which use the same key, when I got home! The guys running the shop joked "You should have taken it to a real locksmith!" No kidding. In their defense, since I had to come back multiple times to get a key that finally worked, they gave me a free copy. Which didn't work.
