I can't begin to tell you how fantastic the Vets, and all the staff were to my dogs and I. You can tell that these people care about your dogs. Even though I was just in the area temporarily, the Vet caught a kidney issue in my senior ShihTzu. It doesn't matter that she is 15. It wasn't something that should wait till I was back at my usual vet. Honestly. Even though it's a small drive to Dyersville it was worth it. This Vet didn't try and take advantage by making the services for senior dogs so expensive you can't afford them. Again, if you want affordable Vet care that is excellent this is the place. We've lived in several locations and never EVER have we had such compassionate, progressive, helpful, loving, care than we've had with Dr. Sprank and his staff. They return every phone call and email within minutes. They are up to date on the most current treatments for animals large and small. All of his assistants, front desk staff and the other doctors are amazing. It never matters how busy they are, they make you feel like your animal is the only one in the building. Dr. Tim will call me after hours to see how our little guy is doing. Tri Vet in Farley is phenomenal and you'll never find a better vet office!!
