Left my dogs last week and it was awful…read more My 8 year old girl came back with the worst ear infection of her life with dirty, bleeding ears, missing fur spots and scratches all around her head and neck and back that broke the skin. The staff said they never noticed this. To me, this signals negligence and a total absence of affection. My dogs' feet were never even allowed to touch the grass. "if we let them out on the grass, it would become a mud pit", they said.. My sweeties were kept in concrete kennels or gravel runs only for 8 days. They weren't allowed to play with the other dogs, even though I gave permission. When I asked if they had fun at playtime with the others, staff told me that I hadn't "given them permission" to let them be with other dogs. This is a lie and made me furious. Website says they have cameras so you can watch them but when I called from Mexico to get the code, she said they were for "internal use only." When I emailed them about my concerns, they ignored them. I'm very sad my dogs were in hell while I was enjoying my honeymoon. Please find a better place to take your dogs.

Tory & Abby live at the kennel (literally) as their home is located on the same property as the kennel. The location is excellently located in a wooded area where Tory does his dog training. Charlie & Coco (our two min-pins) get so excited when we make the turn about 2 miles from the kennel they can hardly contain themselves. Our min-pins are VERY hyper (nature of the breed); however, whenever they get back from Stone Hollow for the weekend all they can do is sleep, sleep, sleep, from all of the fun they had playing with the other dogs. Not only is their boarding top notch, Tory is a world-class trainer. He has done things for our dogs I could never have imagined possible. After only 1 week of training our dogs listen. They know sit & most importantly they now behave on a leash.

First of all it took 4+ hours = Ridiculous Second of all - Sierra the Groomer should be Fired Finally, the MOD was a complete moron. As you can you see from the photo, he is almost completely shaven and looks terrible My wife was in tears picking up our dog and when she escalated the displeasure to the manager he did NOTHING. They even claimed we got the upgraded package with better shampoo and nail trim. Too bad he had nails done at the vet two days ago. All in All a Total Sham.
