Had a roadside service with my AAA membership through this company at 6 am today. Immediately upon arrival the tow truck driver starts cussing and berating me because he had to wake up early and come give roadside service. I was immediately taken aback and didn't say much. He then proceeded to cuss me out more and get in his truck and drive away without giving me the service requested and paid for. The most outrageous instance of horrible customer service I ever experienced in my 35 years. Not recommended --- unscrupulous and unethical!! --- Marky's tow truck driver engages in driving around looking for cars that aren't parked correctly so they can tow them. Watch out for this company --- you will get screwed over. I left my vehicle temporarily parked while unloading something and within a few minutes, the driver hooked up my vehicle and began towing it away -- like they were watching me park. When confronting the driver, they pointed what I believe was pepper spray at me. They don't know how to engage in a calm conversation --- a bit unhinged if you ask me... read more

So after a time , I decided to update this review. The body and paint are good, but what the Hell were you thinking. Gas tank was installed with broken and bent bolts. Wrong filler tube and torn gasket. No plastic disc under the antenna base, and cross threaded. Didn't install the headliner right and it's falling down. Tight stipend the flat black hood. Made arrangements to have an auto painted. On day scheduled to drop off, we tried to get in writing what was agreed upon. No one was available. The owner Mark was unavailable. After waiting for well over an hour. We took the vehicle home. Will wait for another time and for someone more professional. Just too sketchy for us. read more

Just thought I'd add some information... RUN don't walk when you see Mark. Let me paint a picture for you: Imagine having the rear differential of your truck completely lock up. I mean, tow truck needs to DRAG your truck onto the flatbed!! Now imagine you just paid Marky about $3500 to make sure that part that just locked up... wouldn't!!! Now imagine sitting in a remote desert town with more closed business than open ones, while Marky dodges your calls. This goes on for days as we pay for a hotel to see what Marky is going to do. Days later... still no call from Marky. Oh but it gets better... Now when we call marky, him and his team don't answer our calls. Maybe we're just crazy. The guy we just paid thousands of dollars to wouldn't be intentionally ignoring us while we sat broken down in some desolate desert town... would he? Let's try a different phone number!!! What? They answer!? Yeah, but Marky is on the other phone. No problem... we'll wait! Sure the lady says. No one comes back to the phone. It would be nice if I could say this was just some figment of my imagination, but sadly it's real. This goes on and on. We finally give up and pay thousands more to source another part and have it shipped and installed. No worries... Marky will own up to his screw up once he realizes his people failed to put oil in our differential. Nope! Still waiting. Meanwhile, two ASE (the highest rating a mechanic can have) stated no oil was in the differential. They both also stated that there was no failure that would cause oil to empty out. Not one sign of failure or even residue of oil anywhere under the truck. we contact Marky's insurance people to get them to pay. They sent out an adjuster. We had one of those two ASE mechanics on the scene to make sure any questions would be answered. The adjuster told our mechanic it's pretty obvious they failed to put oil in it. We were left believing this would finally be dealt with. Well we were wrong The insurance company came back with a denial of liability stating reasons that contradict what two ASE certified mechanics state. We will be forced to sue Mark in superior court. On top of actual damages, we will be asking for punitive damages that put a big enough dent into his income that he doesn't do this to someone else ever again. In the meantime, please AVOID this business and their sister company Twin Falls Crane. Both of these businesses are owned by the same man who is screwing us.... Mark. If you use this company and get burned too... remember... you've been warned. We didn't get that warning since Yelp gave him a 5 star rating at the time of this incident. We'll also be asking the state to remove him from qualified tow truck companies that state calls out to crash scenes. It seems to me, the state might have some liability since the state uses Marky for highway crashes. If you're with the state of Idaho, please contact me! If not, I'll be calling soon anyway. Had my truck for four years, for a repaint had to speak to shop guys who told me they can only do what the boss says. Mark wouldn't talk to me hardly at all. Left my passenger seat left outside for all 4 years ruined. Didn't put any of my trim on doors and window so it leaks. Didn't put my windshield wiper arms on the truck said he lost them same with cargo light in the back of the truck. All around the underside of the truck is chipped off when i picked it up could see where it was previously blue. Bubbles and fish eye all throughout the truck. Paid for frame to be blasted and painted never did that had to do it myself never refunded me. Never fixed my door it hangs at an angle. All interior pieces worked when dropped off such as windows and door locks. When i picked it up auto door locks didn't work, passenger window rolled down halfway radio doesn't work now, 4 wheel drive light is on when it's in 2 wheel drive. All 4 years it sat outside on and off with no doors on at some points in the snow and rain no covers on it. Made no attempt to replace old nuts and bolts like i told them too but told me they did. Then mark tells me he can't do my truck cause he has to pay for rental cars for people who need their vehicle's and he can't afford it, then goes out and buys 2 Tesla's and flaunts it in front of me after he says he can't afford to do my truck. I cannot express to you how much I recommend going somewhere else. read more
