He said his crew was on their way to another call and he would get to us as soon as possible. We sent him a video of what was happening with the truck as well as our location (we were broken down in town and easy to locate). He said he'd be there soon. We sat in our truck for 17 hours. He never showed up. We called and text several times with no response. After about 8pm, his phone calls went straight to voicemail. it is now 8:30 on Monday morning. His phone is now ringing (so if his phone died last night, it's charged now) and he is not answering our phone calls. Fortunately we were able to reach another truck service and they're already here. hopefully we'll be back on the road soon. Horrible, unprofessional service. Not even something as simple as a text message to tell us he couldn't be there. Call anyone else besides this guy.

They towed it back to my home for what the tow price from the accident to my home would be. They didn't charge me storage fee or any of the other fees (after 3 days of storage). They were very understanding and knowledgeable. Its a hard time for everyone. I appreciate them giving me a break even when they also have families to feed. He was acting evasive, and his door was locked in the middle of the day. This guy flat-out lied to me and had his employee do the same about the condition of a vehicle I drove a long distance to pick up. He said it was all good and ready to go, and it didn't even start, and tells me it has lots of check engine lights AFTER I GET THERE! After I pointed this out to him, he arrogantly calls ME *** names that no one else has in this business nationwide, and says he doesn't care how far I drove. That's pretty low. You got it backwards guy, customer service isn't your strong point. He is way too comfortable with lying to people and costing them time and money without even flinching.
