They were the only pharmacy with a particular antibiotic I needed and were able to not only get It but deliver it right to my door all within two hours of leaving the doctors office! I am truly impressed by Erica and her staff. I came in the week later after getting better to thank them for being so professional even though I wasn't a routine patient of theirs they had a way of making you feel as if you knew them for years. I will definitely be using them from now on!

They also have a copy machine and have faxing available. They have flat screen tv's so you can watch while you wait. The only Con would be that there's a long wait for prescriptions sometimes. The sign outside the drugstore says 9 am and there's a man watching me wait for him to decide to open the door and my post-op husband is at home waiting for his painkillers. I will never trust this company with any of my family's medical needs . Do yourself a favor and go to a place where they care about your health.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this CVS location. I went to self-checkout and…read moresimply needed help scanning three coupons since I had issues the day before. The employee, James, scanned two coupons and walked away before I was finished, without saying anything and without asking if I needed more help. I was able to eventually call him back, but when he returned he gave me an attitude and said I should have been able to do the third coupon myself. This exchange was completely unnecessary and could have been avoided if he stayed and helped me. Then, he went to tell the store manager, Lillian, who approached me with the same dismissive attitude. Instead of listening to what actually happened, she interrupted me and immediately began arguing and defending him. When I asked her, "Why are you defending him without hearing me first " she responded, "I can say what I want, it's a free country." That response was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. All I wanted was a little assistance, but instead I was met with attitude and hostility from both, an employee and the store manager. I did not hear words such as "How can I help you" or " do you need more help" or any words of apology. CVS needs to seriously look into how customers are being treated at this location.

When his life saving epi pen expired, we went to refill at our usual CVS. Well their is a nation wide back order and they can't help us. Ok we have a problem Houston! So my wife goes on a search calling pharmacies all over. The one closest to our place....uhmm Luna Park Pharmacy doesn't have it either. So why 5 stars? Well the pharmacist Aaron and his assistant Michael (in Aarons own words...it was all Michael) went far beyond to help us. Michael who we never met in person and is in his early 20's I want to say literally started calling other pharmacies in Queens and Brooklyn to try finding it for us. He didn't have to and his young age would make me think he wouldn't do so much (milenials confuse me lol). He said because he seen its a child and a vital Epi pen he couldn't sit around without trying. He even went to get it from another pharmacy so we don't have to schlep to Boropark. Anyways, after I met him and Aaron, even more respect and love for these guys from our family! Obviously we will be changing all our pharmacy needs to these guys! Highly recommended just for the uncanny customer service! Really really thank you guys!!

I noticed this with all the drug stores in Brooklyn over the past few years. Thankfully mine was not so I got on the long line. There are no self checkout options. I was impressed that the cashier mentioned that my item was on sale 2 for $5 but buying one was $3. I never had this kind of help in a Walgreens so I am impressed.

The dentek rep specifically told me that only cvs and Walmart would accept the coupon. The manager had a condescending tone and didn't even have a valid reason for rejecting. I know people like that are hard to reason with so I didn't even bother and went to another cvs. The fort Hamilton cvs accepted the coupon with no issues. Try to avoid this branch if possible.
