Since new mgmt took over, MP has been awful. Called them about a wasps' nest, they have been out twice and IT IS STILL THERE. (Yet they charged for both visits, of course.) I had a blackfaced wasp nest in a tree. I thought I could save money and do it my self. I had spray can attached to a long 10' pole. Went well for 5 min then it went wrong. I ended it stung on hand, head, and one bounced off lens of eye glassed. My hand and fingers blew up like I had glove on and I ended up in ER. Called Marlboro. Jarrod showed up. Used a backpsack sprayer and killed the nest. Then he put eye goggles, mask and gloves on and ripped the nest from tree to remove it. I learned my lesson - let the pros at Marlboro do it. read more

We have been using Marlboro Pest Control for 10+ yrs. We have used them for wasps, carpenter ants, flying squirrels, and rodents getting into the attic and in the foundation/basement. We had an issue with one of the techs this year, and after sending a letter and email, they promptly reassigned technician Mike, who is courteous, knowledgeable, always early or prompt, a good listener, calm, and very helpful in pointing out potential pest issues. Mike found carpenter ants boring a hole in an ornamental tree that wasn't near the attic problem he came for. Sharp eyes and astute! In some jobs, they've had to come out twice to apply product to ensure complete pest riddance. The owner, Eileen, is fabulous to work with: kind, reasonable & fair. Outstanding service. They actually answer the phone when you call, keep records of your previous issues and trouble shoot the area of concern passing along the information to the pest technician before they arrive at your door. I tried this company for the first time recently. They were reliable, prompt (they called to say they were running earlier than expected), thorough with inspecting everything, knowledgeable and fair with their pricing. I like how they took their time and explained what the issue was. Many of the recommendations were to do myself and so they didn't overcharge me. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We bought a house last year, with a severe bat problem that the previous owners "solved" by hiring Marlboro Pest Control, we got a copy of the receipt with the one year warrantee. No idea what these people did originally but there was NO bat prevention done whatsoever, there were at least 10 holes in the attic where they were getting in, I swear we thought the invoice was fake at first, We called them to come back and fix the issue since we still had hundreds of bats up there, We would call and they wouldn't come for weeks, and they would half ass patch up one hole each time. They basically stalled until their warrantee ran out, and the very last month we called they didn't even call us back, they just literally left us stranded with this bat problem that was suppose to be resolved before we even moved in. Pathetic. A poor excuse for a pest company. If you have bats, stay far away from this place. read more
