Came back home to find that something had a party in my house and I was very scared. Called John Saturday morning and he was there in under 2 hours. Confirmed whatever was inside was gone, we put traps down just in case. ( I hope I don't get anything). If going to help me by putting a cap on my chimney do it does not happen again. Today I called Battleline Pest Management due to a possible animal that got into my attic. Jack answered the phone very professional and I explained my situation. He asked me a few questions and then asked for me to send him some pictures of what I was talking about. Within minutes after sending the pictures Jack called me to explain what may be in my attic. After our conversation I felt comfortable with what he recommended. I will say one thing, most companies would have set up an appointment to come out and look around in my attic and then hand me a bill. Called this company at the beginning of the week, (Tuesdayish) regarding a bat problem. The woman that answered the phone told me, "I don't know if we can deal with bats now, they may have babies?" I told her I already looked that up on the Internet and it was fine. She said that someone would call me back between 5-7 pm when they are back in the office (that's fine).. No one called back. Today is Friday, called another company, they are coming out ASAP. Maybe they really don't want to deal with bats, but it's listed in their ad. Someone should have called and given a recommendation if they couldn't do it. read more

We have been working with Battleline for about 2.5 years now (yearly ant treatment & Mosq and tick treatments). Scheduling them has always been a chore. But, I know our schedule is challenging bc I'm home w kid & dog and they seem to be a nice family run business. My husband was ready to find a new company last year but I kept trying to make it work. Today was the last straw! They just didn't show up!! They called me on Monday & explained they would be in my area (whole other issue- don't bother if you're in Weston.. I guess it's too far for them to come first thing in morning) on Wed. I explained that I was going to be in and out w a babysitter on Wed and that I didn't think it would work (bc you can't be outside for a time while the stuff, dries etc). They asked about my timing and I told them babysitter is coming at 10 and I come home at 1pm. After a lengthy conversation they said it would be fine.. Between 10 &1 would work. So, I made arrangements w babysitter, cleaned the entire yard/put away all dog & kid toys, changed my plans so I wouldn't come home between 10-1, etc. Having the exterminator come is work! When I came home my babysitter informed me that no one came. After calling their office, I found out that.. Oh between 10-1 didn't work for them. Annoying! Honestly I would overlook it if it was the first time. Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue each & every time we try to have them come. It's frustrating. read more
