In those weeks, we started working with our dog at home intensely - when we started seeing progress, we tried to cancel the classes since they hadn't done any for us yet. They will not refund our money after providing no services for us!!! NO WHERE does it say "no refunds" or anything along those lines. They've given us the run around for weeks now, saying they'll pass it on to the CEO as they're the only one who can process refunds - we've heard nothing. Again, no service provided and kept our money (and $750 is not a small amount!).
