She's young, she's personable, she's creative and she loves cutting and styling. She stays abreast of trends and nails it whenever I describe what I want. She rarely runs late on appointments and its been my experience that the salon will always make room for last minute appointments. (I'm not good at planning ahead with my salon time). She also insisted to cut it with a middle part even though I told her I never part my hair in the middle. When I tried to style it myself there were only two layers in my hair and it was a four inch difference. It looked awful. I called and told them I was unhappy and I went for an appointment with someone new. It came out even worse. I have attached a picture of when it's straight to show how awful it is. Because my hair grows slowly I have to just look like this for months. Extremely unhappy.

Jess was very helpful with booking my appointment and giving me landmarks and directions. Allie cut my hair and listened to what I wanted and gave suggestions when asked. The prices are great! I chose a wash/cut/blow dry and it was only $25. The salon is undergoing renovations, so I am excited to see what the finished product will be. This is going to be my new regular salon. My color is perfect & I love my blow out! The shop location is great, as is the town it's in. Kathy didn't try to sell me on any of her products and gave me a nice price for next visit.
