I've used USA Airport Shuttle a few times now. Every single time has been a great experience. Prices are clear, the booking process is simple, they always confirm and keep close contact, arrive early and have great drivers. They have plenty of space for a family and car seats if you request it. My most recent experience was during the snow storm of 2017. I needed to get to the airport for an early flight and the roads were covered in snow and ice. Another car service raised their rates almost 4x, over $200 for a single trip to the airport - price gouging people that don't have another option. USA Airport Shuttle had to put on chains but they were prepared and still arrived 15 minutes early and with a smile. Oday was one of the nicest and best drivers I've encountered. We have been using USA Airport Shuttle for the last 3 years and we love them! They are always on time--in fact they are usually 5 min early. They are helpful with our bags, kind and courteous. When our son was little we could ask them to put a booster seat in the car for him. They follow your flights so that they are at the airport waiting for you when you arrive. They've never made us fear for our lives by driving too aggressively. I wouldn't consider hiring anyone else to take us to and from the airport. read more

While traveling to/from Portland twice in April we used USA Airport Shuttle service to get to Hillsboro. We had a large dog kennel, our large dog and our luggage. FAIL! Major FAIL!!! Admittedly, I made an online reservation to be picked up and taken to PDX (Portland Int'l Airport) last minute. But I've made the same online reservations for hotels, rental cars, even flights last minute and never had a problem before. Why now? I used USA Airport Shuttle's online reservation system @ 8 PM one night requesting to be picked up at my house at 4:15 AM the next morning. All went well on the net. When I was finished filling in all their requested info, I clicked "submit." I was greeted with a thank you confirmation of reservation webpage. So, I went to bed. I got up early the next morning and had my bags and myself outside waiting in the rain (with protection) from 4 until 4:15 AM. At 4:15, I decided to call their listed number (971) 506-9979 and get an ETA for the shuttle. The guy on the other end of the phone said, slurring his speech sufficiently that I had to worry that he might be my driver, that no shuttle was coming. Of course, he SAW that I had made the reservation, confirming that he saw I had ordered a shuttle, but he insisted that it was MY FAULT no driver was coming because I didn't call him to confirm WHAT I HAD ALREADY RESERVED! What????? Since when have you ever made reservations at a nice restaurant and then called again to confirm that you were coming? When you have an expensive flight to something important to you, do NOT count on USA Airport Shuttle. You just might find yourself having to hitchhike to the airport at 5 in the morning instead. But that sure gave me lots of time to plan what I was going to say in my Yelp review about this "service." read more

This is the first time I took their service. Dereen arrived on time and was really helpful. He was friendly and good in terms of conversation. We were 3 people with a 3 month old infant. They got their own car seat just for $5. Initially we were planning to get Uber XL. But this is much better in terms of service. They have water in their car and the far is so clean. We have used USA 3 times now to the airport and each and every time they have been AWESOME! The communication once the reservation is requested is outstanding - you are never left "wondering"...did they get my request?" The drivers are all nice, open doors for you, offer water, and move all your luggage without question. They message you the day before your reservation. Makes you feel confident your ride will be there, which is what we need. They are always on time (sometimes a few minutes early). They track your flight and they will BE THERE no matter how late the flight may be! The last time we used them my husband in his exhaustion from a 9 hour flight dropped his credit card in the Shuttle Van. We realized this the next morning and called immediately - the Dispatcher called the driver immediately and sure enough, he was cleaning his van and found our card and offered to bring it to us within 45 minutes! WHAT AMAZING Customer Service is THAT! I am sorry we don't have particular names to give - but suffice it to say that ALL that staff at USA are fantastic! So I am an avid yelper. I don't review very often, cause lets be honest I am lazy, but I always check out a business' yelp rating before doing business with them. I checked out USA Shuttles reviews before booking with them. Not sure why all their reviews are filtered, but not to worry I read filtered reviews and even though some of those are recent only the 1 star review from 6 months ago is the one showing. Yelp must hate these folks or something. For short domestic trips we generally park at the PDX airport. Since moving here we haven't found it to be cost effective to take a cab, shuttle or car service from the West Side. However, we recently took a two and a half week trip to England. We were lucky enough that some friends dropped us off at the airport, but because we came back on Memorial day they were not able to pick us up on our return. Cut to the end of our trip in England and searching for a shuttle servce via google. I was actually looking for another service who I had seen their van in the parking lot of the Safeway on Murray and came across USA Airport Shuttle. Called and spoke with a women Sunday evening to book a pick up Monday at 7.15 pm to be dropped off in Beaverton. She was extremely polite and didn't even get upset when I didn't have my flight number ready and had to login to email to retrive it. She gave me directions of exactly where to go when we arrived, what the van looked like, who to speak to etc. After our 10 hours flight from England I considered calling to confirm our pick up during our 4 hour layover in San Francisco (based upon Khona's review) But I didn't (again note lazy) instead we met friends for a bite to eat. Our plane landed early in Portland Monday evening, we got our luggage and headed out to the location we were instructed, I got out my phone to call and see where the driver was and again the women was gracious and couteous and told me the driver was already at the airport and she would call and ger him to our location ASAP. I hung up looked at my phone and realised it was 7.10 not even time for our pick up yet. By 7.16 we were comeplely loaded into the van and on our way. The gentleman was great made light conversation and asked us about our trip and our daughter. We were able to pay with our card, BONUS! By 7.45 we were home and the world was right again. I realized later while cleaning out the diaper bag that we lost a sippy cup I thought we lost it on our international flight, but my husband said he saw it after that and we must have lost it in the shuttle. Lost sippy cups are a fact of motherhood. But two days later there was a knock at the door and it was USA Airport Shuttle kindly returning the lost sippy cup. These guys rock, score one with the Mommies of the world! We like USA Airport Shuttle and will certainly use them again. I wholeheartedly reccomend using their shuttle service. read more

I have been using this company for about 3 years and couldn't be happier. They are always on time, always helpful and courteous, cars are sparkling clean, they drive safely. My one request would be for them to use waze, so they can identify the best route. I also am loyal to this company because most of the staff are Iraqi, Persian, etc, and it's clear that they provide jobs to immigrants and refugees. I would have given this service 5 stars had the second leg of my trip not been so scary. First I was impressed to receive a text message from the driver the night before my return to the airport to say we will see you at 8am. The driver arrived at 7am with no warning, very pleasant, asked if I remembered my charger, wallet, phone etc before we pulled away. But as we started driving he's yawning and can barely keep his eyes open to the point that I wanted to ask him if I could drive myself to the airport. He then asks if I wanted to stop for coffee and I said no but he could stop if he needed to since we had plenty of time, I really wanted him to, but he didn't. Smells terrible! Don't use this service! We used this service twice, and both times the driver showed up doused in so much cologne, I quite literally smelled the van before I saw it! It was like being in a perfume shop...after an 9.0 earthquake...during a french prostitute convention. It billows outward from the driver in a noxious cloud, and is SOAKED into the vans fabric seats. I am not exaggerating in the slightest when I say that I could smell the driver from over 40 feet away, as soon as I exited my home. For me, it was simply horrible to put up with and gave me a headache, but for my wife--whom has allergies to fragrances--it was dangerous to her health (she was sick for days afterwords). Worst of all, we had TOLD the company beforehand that my wife was allergic to perfumes, and the second time they had PROMISED to send us a driver who wasn't wearing perfume! They lied, and my wife got sick. I called twice and asked to speak to a manager, and was told both times that there wasn't one there I could speak to. Never again. read more

This is one of the best and most helpful transportation services I've ever had! The office was very helpful and answered all my questions and were understanding when I had to last minute change my pick up time. The driver called me 5 minutes early and helped with all luggage and even asked if I had everything I needed before we left.
