Troy just shrugged that off and was well you get the posts and screen (a special yet durable type of screening that allows for large sq footage without a bunch of cross sections) and here's my price. One section is 12'x10' or 120 sq feet and the finished look is like having a nearly invisible picture window (see pictures.) Troy was quick to return and replace a section when we discovered a small knife cut in one panel that had gone unnoticed and likely happened when trimming excess screen. The only con was his crew spoke broken English however they were competent, friendly and very respectful and courteous while on site and cleaned up 100% every afternoon during this 3 day job. Troy does have a foreman who drops in regularly and helped with language barrier. I highly recommend Stuart's Contracting. Troy's low key but effective work ethic made all the difference as we always felt our satisfaction was his goal.

Our neighborhood has been largely neglected while surrounding streets were cleared hours ago. On our dead-end road in Triangle (PWC), the crew has mostly been sitting in the truck and only making a quick pass every few hours, without actually clearing the snow properly. It feels like they're dragging the job out rather than doing thorough work. They getting pay by the hour perhaps ? The road remains unsafe and poorly maintained long after the storm. The worker who did the work had an attitude from the start. The sub contractors they sent did not do what Fletcher had proposed and then wanted more money. They made us sign a Change Order to cover work that was already supposed to be covered (Replacing Subfloor) Then charged us $160 each for four sheets of floor underlayment. (Less than $50 sheet at Lowes) Water overflowed and damaged kitchen ceiling (another sub to fix) Installed Medicine cabinet that would not open due to hitting sink faucet. Construction debris sat in driveway for 3 weeks. Dismal Project Management, awful communication, HIGH Price. Dont use Fletcher !
