I reached out to Cameron Law after an accident I had in California in January 2025. The case seemed…read morelike a slam dunk: I was rear-ended by a drunk driver who went to jail for it, and I suffered legitimate injuries. I handed over everything--his insurance info, the accident report confirming his arrest, the whole package. I figured it was a golden opportunity for Cameron Law to secure fair compensation on my behalf. They connected me with their local physical clinics, which I genuinely appreciated. The treatments helped, and they covered the cost. From January through June, I went through months of appointments--chiropractic adjustments multiple times a week near their office, plus occasional visits to another clinic where I was prescribed pain medication. By June, after countless sessions and a lot of time invested, I was told by one of their attorneys that they couldn't proceed with my case. Why? Because the driver who hit me was excluded from the insurance policy on the car he was driving--meaning no coverage, no payout. Had this happened in Nevada, I'm told, the outcome would've been very different. In the end, I spent around $900 out of pocket: $500 for my deductible to repair my rear bumper, and about $400 to rent a car for the week my vehicle was in the shop. Looking back, I probably would've been better off not reporting the incident at all--let the drunk driver face his consequences without dragging me through months of effort that led nowhere.
