Lack of Evidence & Results: My puppy spent five weeks in their training program, returning to me at just over three months old. After five full weeks, expecting visible progress is entirely reasonable. Instead, the only proof provided was a few single 20-second videos that failed to show her going to the bathroom or willingly entering a crate with the door closed. That is not meaningful evidence of active training. Follow-Through at Home: Since bringing her home, I have been diligent and consistent with her routine--taking her out every two to three hours, keeping crate time positive, and ensuring she is never left alone for extended periods. I am doing everything on my end to fulfill the training she was supposed to have received. Unacceptable Communication: Poor communication was a persistent issue throughout the program. While my puppy was away for five weeks, it routinely took two to three days to get a reply to simple inquiries. That level of delay is unacceptable when a client's young animal is in a company's care. A customer paying for a five-week puppy training program is entitled to clear communication, prompt updates, and verifiable proof that training is taking place. This business has consistently avoided addressing these failures, and their response does nothing to resolve my concerns.
