No pressure and we got to choose how much of the work we wanted to have done. The workers were very professional and did an absolutely beautiful job. For comparison- we had some work done previously by a cheaper company and there is an obvious difference in the work. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting some hardscaping done.

We knew the backyard needed a major overhaul. After seeing so many pictures of Rainmaker's work on Facebook, we thought we would give them a call and we are so happy we did! First, we were greeted by friendly staff at the office and quickly scheduled our appointment. Soon after, Brian was out to survey our yard and give us suggestions on what he thought would look nice. After a few exchanges of ideas, we found a perfect design for our backyard. Fast forward to last week the John and the Rainmaker crew started sculpting our backyard. By the end of the first day our ground was level and graded to perfection. Within a short period of time the backyard really came together. We had irrigation put in, established an area for a fire pit, planted privacy shrubs, sod laid and stones surrounding our shed and pool equipment. From start to finish the Rainmaker team made our backyard paradise a reality. They really took pride in their work and listened to any concerns we had. The entire Rainmaker team was courteous, accommodating, and diligent in their craft. We could not be happier with the entire process and results! We highly recommend Rainmaker for your landscaping needs!

I had a really good experience with M&M Landscaping and Lawn Care. They cut down a few trees,…read moreremoved the stumps, and pruned another tree for me. They were able to come out quickly and got right to work. Everything was done efficiently, and what I appreciated most was the cleanup. They took the time to make sure the yard looked neat when they were finished. Overall, very easy to work with and I would use them again.

I would give a zero if I could! I called M&M before the recent snowstorm to schedule snow removal,…read moresince I am disabled and can't do it myself. When I called, the woman said they could do it and told me I would have to pay cash. She wouldn't give me an estimate for a price or a time. She said they would come after the snow stopped and when they finished with businesses. She said they would just "show up" when they were done with everything else and give me a price then. I explained that I'm disabled and need a little time to get to the door and asked her to please have them call when they were on the way so I could be ready. She agreed but they never showed up and never called. They left me snowed in without even a phone call, knowing that I am disabled. I should have listened to my gut. I got a bad feeling when I called by the woman's demeanor and unwillingness to commit to any price or time and the fact they would only take cash. They could have given a rough estimate like price per inch or square foot and they could have given me a window of time or at least called. This should have been my first red flag that they weren't very professional. I wondered if they might try to take advantage of my situation and overcharge me because I am in desperate need of help, but I didn't think that they just wouldn't show up. I counted on them because they had mostly good reviews and they told me that they would be here after the storm. I can't understand why a business would treat someone like this. Maybe they forgot? Maybe they were too tired? Maybe they didn't think it was worth it compared to the money they made from commercial snow removal? Whatever the reason, I deserved a phone call. They should have just said NO if they didn't want to do it. This was a horrible experience and they left me in a bad predicament! They are very unprofessional and I will never call them again. I even told the woman that I was looking for a landscaper and would like to talk to her about it after the snow. Well obviously that's not going to happen now. They have lost my business. It's a big loss for them because I am a loyal customer to the businesses that are loyal to me. This is my first time calling someone for snow removal and it is my last. My husband and I have always managed ourselves, but he passed away and now I am disabled. I didn't want to ask friends and family to come out in these conditions when they have so much to do already taking care of their own homes. I told everyone I hired professionals so they (and I) wouldn't have to worry. I didn't realize that I wasn't dealing with professionals. I highly recommend that you DON'T use this company. They have proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and uncaring.

First met with Vince in mid Jan regarding our backyard project. It took a month for him to send an…read moreestimate/contract. Two weeks later Vince sent another contract, dated the same as the original. Because it had the same date, we didn't notice the price had gone up almost 4% & he did not explain or call that out to us. Still, we moved forward and I paid the deposit the same day. After several false promises, the project finally began in early June - almost 6 months after our initial meeting! Note that our goal was to have this all done before summer started so we didn't bother neighbors with the noise & mess. Once completed I didn't remember how much I had already paid back in March via the initial deposit. The project foreman told me a much lower amount, I trusted him & wrote a check for the balance based on what he told me. A couple days later I contacted Vince to let him know that we had over paid & requested a refund. In addition, we had specifically requested a certain amount of fill & the contract was priced accordingly. We received less than 70% of that fill so I also requested a credit for some of that. Many unanswered texts later Vince finally responded, asking to meet me that day at the house. We came to an agreement that was actually a much lower $ amount because I just wanted to be done with this. But he never followed through with payment & completely ghosted me. I finally filed a suit in small claims court but Vince was a no show on the date of the hearing. Of course the judge ruled in our favor but that doesn't get us our money. Bottom line, Vince & his company are unprofessional, dishonest & unethical. The grand total he owes us is almost $1,400! So stay far away unless you can afford to be ripped off!
