Me and husband decided to have our vehicles get clean inside and out. We drop off the first vehicle that morning. They were nice and confident. We told them what we want and my husband came back later that afternoon. My daughter who was complaining for the mold can't find it anymore. The bad smell was gone and was happy with the result. The next day I drop off my vehicle and was also happy how they were able to removed that steaky slime inside one of the back pocket. They also fixed the cut on my leather head rest. I loved MARS! One of my buddies referred them and is a car guru. Something came up the day of and I didn't have a ride... so the owner actually drove me home after I dropped my car off for an interior exterior detail. The car was immaculate. If there was anything you forgot to remove or take out, they found it! All of my things were nicely placed in a plastic bag and left in the trunk. It was beautiful work. My 2017 Toyota 86 was backed into with a trailer hitch. The hitch dented the bumper, creating a crease and stressed paint. MARS was able to schedule an appoint that same week, and had the vehicle finished in an afternoon. You would never know the bumper was damaged. Additionally, I had taken some bumper plugs to MAACO to have them painted. MAACO took three weeks to finish the job, the paint didn't match, and the paint flaked off the bumper plugs by a simple touch. With the repair of my bumper, MARS repainted my bumper plugs to match the halo paint (pearl white which is a three step process) FREE OF CHARGE. Friendly staff. Great results. I spilled a coffee drink on my passenger seat, in the console, and the area between the seat and console. MARS was able to get me in quickly to take care of that area as I was concerned of the milk that had saturated my carpeting and gone into paneling of the console. After a short time, I was told that the work was finished. I went to the car and did not smell anything! I'm going back in a few more days for a full interior detail as well as a car wash and wax. A man named Vadim is seemingly the main person at the place. An unusual name. A man named Vadim also wrote a few 5 star google reviews for this business....If your employees are writing the majority of your good reviews, I got to wonder if this is a business I want to try out. read more

Hit one of those pesky yellow poles in a parking lot with my van. We have a high deductible insurance plan, so I thought about just leaving it - my van is almost 10 years old. A friend recommended MARS. 1/2 the price of a traditional shop. Looks like new now. I couldn't believe they matched the paint that well on our old family van. They even gave it a quick interior detail just for service. Great guys working there. Couldn't be happier. Do not use this place. We took a brand new car to get the protective film put on it. It started failing within a few days(lifting on edges, mass bubbling) took the car back and explained our disappointment to them. We decided to let them fix their mistakes because maybe they have a new technician in the shop or someone just had a bad day. After getting the car back we noticed that to fix the problem they just cut back the areas which were lifting exposing areas which the film should be protecting. We also noticed they left deep scratches in the clear finish in a few areas, probably from the knife they used to cut back the film. This is a brand new car and now we not only have to deal with the bad job they did but we also have scratches. DO NOT take your car here unless you want to pay someone to damage your vehicle. read more
