They have a very professional setup and excellent customer service. I was more than satisfied when I inspected my car, it seemed like they paid extreme attention to detail when washing it. Shout out to Craver for answering all my questions and giving me a 5 star experience. My paint felt smooth and silky to the touch, and they even removed the sticky residue from my interior windshield, which I had just casually mentioned during the initial consult. They told me I could use rubbing alcohol, but I didn't have time to clean it, and to my surprise, that residue was completely gone. The price is pretty reasonable. I did a wash, clay bar, polish and wax and they vacuumed my interior and dressed my tires all for $249. I'm now a lifetime customer and will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

However, after the polishing was done, I noticed that the water spots were still clearly visible. It had a cheap cover on it that was just holding water on it. It had mold on the dashboard, doors and floor and there was a green slime on the convertible top that I could not remove. I chose the level 3 cleaning (no ozone). I am amazed at how clean my car is. It looks brand new. The convertible top is back to gleaming black and the rest of the car, inside and out, is just shining clean. The cleaning was done a couple months ago and it is still awesome.
