If you need a pair of men's dress or casual shoes or a belt, this is your place! This location stocks factory seconds and top quality shoes. Factory seconds are shoes which have minor defects of blemishes. Much of the time it is a no brainer to take a significant discount and get the seconds. However, take a look and make sure there is nothing wrong with the shoe that you are not satisfied with visually. All of the shoes will last for years with proper care and having the soles replaced when they need it. Did I mention that? You can wear out the soles of your shoes and have them replaced when they need to be... these shoes last much longer than anything you can buy at regular department stores. The one downfall to these shoes compared to "normal" men's shoes that you can buy at a department store is that they are not as resistant to water and scratches on the leather uppers. If you aren't used to taking care of your shoes it may be a bit of an adjustment, as these will require some regular maintenance compared to the rubber soles and low quality sealed leather of department store shoes. Wearing most of these shoes in the snow and rain will have negative effects on them after a few times so be ready to protect them! I would recommend going in and trying on a few pairs! Make sure you get measured so that you actually know what size shoes to get! There is a nearly unbelievable amount of sizes and widths to choose from!

Express, however, has much better ties. Today the whole store was 40% yet at checkout, only two of my items were discounted. They are very expensive, but as the salesman said - you invest in your clothing. I approached with the simple alteration and was told it would be about 10 minutes if I chose to wait. I was hesitant as I was on the end of my lunch hour, but I agreed. The couple people that milled through were 65+ and smelled like money. The alteration unfortunately actually took about 25 minutes, and I was noticeably late to return to the office - HOWEVER she did a very nice job and a thorough reinforcement. If your wallet can handle it, this seems like a really nice shop.

When I called Natasha she was very flexible to move my original appointment (due to the delays) and see me immediately. My alterations only required one visit. When I showed my watch to one of the associates, he admired how unique the bezel looked and commented on it. You can tell the employees here are passionate about jewelry and watches. While I was waiting for my watch battery to be replaced, I took a quick look at all the gorgeous pieces that they have at the store. I noticed unique antique pieces as well as gemstones and diamonds. A gorgeous pink tourmaline piece caught my eye and I fell in love with how unique it looked. The next day I found out that the ring had a spot on the metal and I brought it back where the amazing jewelers fixed it up! I will definitely be returning to Sullivan and I'm really glad small businesses like this exist! It's about care, selection, and the quality of the pieces. Thanks again!

I compared their rings to many other big-box stores and I found that at Sullivan's, you could customize the bands and it would be more cost effective. More importantly, you wouldn't be getting something that EVERYONE else has. The service was great. Over the course of a couple visits, we had a few people help us, including the owner Jeff. Jeff was friendly and personable in our experience. He even polished up my partner's old ring at no charge after we purchased our new ones. I'm surprised there aren't any reviews yet for this shop. I definitely recommend checking it out before going to department store.

They have their jewelry production right in the back and offer to change a length/clasp/gemstone. I found an amazing vintage watch fob converted into a bracelet, but I didn't care for the chain. The gals offered me a few different vintage chain options and edited the piece on the spot! She was patient when it didn't fit and kindly added an extra link to the newly edited piece. That extra mile is what makes any business stand out from the rest, and I very much appreciated it! There were 4 different gals working and each of them were a part of my store experience. I love that vibe - a nice cross between slumber party vibe, girly pop vibe and artsy vibe. Most of their pieces are sterling silver or brass, but they have a handful of pieces in 14k and gold fill. I got a mixture of both! Their sweet spot price point is "affordable" while some pieces are definitely spendy. I've got my eye on a vintage wedding band for $3k.
