I got married here in August but had months of frustration…read more Most of the staff (the people setting up and tearing down and serving) were amazing! I would give them 5 stars! But the manager Mike Rossen completely FAILS at his Job!! Every time I talked to him over the phone he didn't remember my name, if we picked a date, if we payed the deposit EVEN THE WEEK OF! Instead of pulling up my info he kept asking those dumb questions which told me I wasn't important. He never told the staff what time dinner was supposed to start, he was so rude when we didn't order the most expensive thing on the menu. During our food tasting they didn't check on us to see how we liked anything, eventually we left w/o the staff saying anything to us, plus they didn't bring out all the food we were supposed to taste. Most of the time they made us feel like a burden instead of helping making our day special. The staff told my fiancé where him and the groomsmen would get ready. Then the day of they told him he was in my building, when he got there that staff sent him back. They wouldn't give him a glass of water, had to go offsite to get water! Plus the week of the wedding rehearsal we were told that we would have a wedding coordinator the day of the wedding and the rehearsal. When we rehearsed there was no coordinator and they said we do it by ourselves. We had to change things THE DAY OF because of information that could've been told to us the day of the rehearsal!!! So basically, bad management and confused staff made it VERY stressful but it was still a very lovely wedding and again the staff setting up, serving and tearing down were so amazing. If you want to get married there make sure Mike Rossen isn't in charge of weddings!!

Probably the best food I've ever eaten. The staff is the nicest as is the owner. Their menu is very…read moreextensive and prices are fair for such high quality food.

Upon entering this place for lunch I am happy to say the staff was immensely friendly at welcoming…read moreus and seating us rapidly. Our server came to our table asked if we had been there, we said not since it was Martell's so she informed us that the menu had changed and recommended some meals. I was feeling fairly optimistic, but like the Berlin wall it all cam crashing down. I have to make note while the server was trying to speak to us the bartender/host/manager (whatever he was) was screaming from the other side of the room to the server at our table and when she ignored him because she was helping us, he screamed again at her, "did you hear me?" I don't need to point out the obvious reason I needed to state this. Our server only appeared two more times to get our order and to bring our check. We were eyeballing the wine list, hoping to get a drink but when our server went awol the bartender stepped up and got us our drinks, kudos to our bartender but I only give him kudos for a split second. I ordered a hot drink with alcohol it in. A server with some time thought she would help out and went to grab my hot portion of the drink but did not hear that I wanted some alcohol in it. She brought it to the table as it poured all down the sides of the cup because she filled it way to high. The cup was so soaked and sticky from its contents that I couldnt pick it up. Then I hear the bartender tell the server that there needed to be alcohol in that drink. Here is where I have the biggest problem of this place. The server comes over, grabs my cup and I watch the bartender proceed to poor the alcohol into my sticky cup and tell the server to tell me to "make sure I stir it." I was tempted to leave right there and then. First off you don't give a customer a sticky cup that they can't touch without getting all sticky and SECOND and most important, you dont add alcohol to a drink like that and then tell the customer to stir it. I was apalled. The drink should have been remade....period. Now, for the food. I got a chicken sandwich with swiss. It wasn't terrible but flavorless. They used no seasonings, not even salt and pepper. It was bland and forgetful. They attempted to fry their own chips however, all of mine were burnt and rendered them unedible. Overall, they have a lot of work to do. More quality control with the food, more exploration with flavors and ingredients as their menu was pretty boring. The staff needs to remember they are working and that they arent at the frat party where they can scream and just fudge everything. I won't be returning anytime soon even though the views were pretty nice.
