Service here is hit or miss. At times you may have overwhelmingly impeccable customer service, other times you may feel as if you're being taken advantage of and given false info. While the salesperson's may make you feel cozy with some old fashioned hospitality, don't be fooled. The service department that you'll have to deal with continuously throughout your ownership of the vehicles is wildly unprofessional and has a lack a timeliness to their work. Marshall's offers a lifetime powertrain warranty through a third party company, with this you must have your oil changed every 5 months or 5,000 miles regardless of what Ford tells you, or your warranty is null and void. Any and all service maintenance to your vehicle must be done by Marshall Ford and never trust a quote as your total at checkout will be more expensive. This company lacks clarity, customer service skills, management style, and is very unclear on all the fine print. The one reason I give this 2 stars is due to Donovan in the service department, after two weeks of my vehicle being there and being told various things of why I still didn't have an answer, he was the only one who was able to provide information and give me direction to clear up the confusion and frustrations of being not only with out a vehicle but who I should talk to get the ball moving. read more

Hard to write a good review on a car dealership. They know they drill--they have what we want and can charge out the wazoo for it. Jason, my salesman, was helpful. An actual nice guy who seemed to be into cars and didn't pressure me into anything. His boss though, wowzers. I knew the truck I was looking at had been on the lot for months, and when I told them so I kind of got bullied. Listen, I could care less about you making a sale and I don't like taking peoples crap. He thought I was crazy about walking away over 500 bucks, but he knew I was serious. Ultimately they went down like $4000 and I got a good deal on my trade-in. Wasn't the worst place I've ever bought a car, but definitely not the same experience as say Carmax, or any dealer that doesn't haggle. It's a small dealership, so I think they try to keep their markup as high as possible. Know what you're getting yourself into, do your homework, as I think there's deals to be had if you stick to your guns. Seems like they have a lifetime powertrain warranty on a lot of their cars and that's a nice touch especially if you plan on keeping yours for a long time part of the reason I went here was because of the warranty. We took our car to Marshall's. They said it needed a water pump. We were given the price, 12 hours of labor with parts was $2748. We picked the car up, didn't see the sign that said 3% to use a credit card so our bill was $82 more than anticipated. She told me the price and gave me the slip to sign. She didn't tell me it was $82 more than what just quoted. Took the car to Nashville and on the way home the car broke down on Interstate 71 about 4 o'clock in the evening traffic. We couldn't get a tow from AAA. Had it towed to Tri county. They found an axillery belt shredded. The clamps had not been installed correctly and our water pump was not a Ford part. We were not asked whether we would want an after market part. We expected Ford parts from a Ford dealer. We were upset. We paid another $1222 to get our car on the road, due to a sloppy job from Marshalls. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Over bearing sales team calling and texting after you leave, hounding you for days. You agree to let them run your credit and get approved. Now a month later I have 5 credit application ran for $8k more then the out the door price. Now my credit score has dropped 60 points for multiple runs of my credit. The last 3 application were declined due to the loan amount was more then the value of the Now 6 year old vehicle. Unprofessional staff dirty showroom and offices. Wouldn't buy a tricycle from them. I told them I was going to buy the truck but never Now. After typing this yesterday I go to the mail box to find 2 more credit application for $43k and 79k I feel this has been done in retaliation for not buying there over priced vehicle. read more

I was taken advantage of by this dealership being an older woman. They told me the extended warranty was only a couple thousand dollars for 5 years. By the time I got out and paper signed the vehicle cost me $10,000 more than the vehicle was listed for!!! read more

Love the sales department at Marshall Ford. The new staff was friendly and helpful and overall fantastic to work with.

Do not ever buy a vehicle from this place. They sold a truck to my boyfriend With a bad ball joint. Two days after buying it, he sends it back to be fixed because he bought the warranty. They have had it for three weeks almost. He just picked it up and drove not even five minutes down the road and now a wrecker has to come get it because the steering linkage has come completely lose. Before this, he had to go to the courthouse to fix an issue of his name spelled wrong on the title and registration because the dealership is lazy and doesn't check how to spell peoples names. Everyone on the phone is rude and stupid. Wouldn't trust a soul here. read more

Sent my car for a leaking radiator. Hit a trucker tire in the road in my hybrid c-max. Got car back with an engine light. Did not have one before. Cant find sensor in the front of the car. Todd said they disconnected sensor. Sensor is missing. Not even there. Service was not thorough. Accuracy is half cocked. Beware of this business read more

Took my truck here for the cam phaser replacement. I was way beyond the Ford warranty so I said this would all be under my extended warranty. They ordered all the parts and gave me a date to bring it in just to tell me they were going to see if Ford would warranty it. It sat in the lot for 4 days before being pulled in. Called two days in a row to speak to my service advisor, message to call me was never passed along. 3 day job has turned into 7 day ordeal and I'm still without a truck. I've had friends use this dealership but I can say I will never bring my truck there again. read more
