I just purchased a car from G and L and even though there were no warning lights, the inspection place told me the car is in good shape, then a light came on within 48 hours of the purchase. I went back and Adam responded and resolved it on the same day. That is how a business gains loyalty in my book. I asked him how they do alignments on several models of trucks that Ford ships with same size ties and he said he didn't know and backpedaled saying their machine had a maximum size of 33" tires. So apparently if you own a Super Duty, Bronco, F150 or Ranger they can't work on it. Plus their service tech left all their tags all over the inside, grease marks on my console and just slapped a new oil change sticker next to the old one instead of peeling it off. I had to borrow a pressure tester to find the leak myself show you how to do your job. Also, no matter what I said or how I said it, because yes, I was mad. Regardless, Richard, (haha, fitting name) was completely wrong and out of line for physically charging at me, threatening to kick my ass, like he intended to rip my head off while screaming in my face. I was so desperate i felt like i had to go along so i had a vehicle for work. But my heart was broken. Within a month the Mazda 6 was leaking gas causing me to get carbon monoxide poisoning from driving a car leaking gas and i was unaware. He assured me it was a good car with no problems. Now the mazda is in the shop im out like 15,000$ im recovering from being poisoned and feel like im in a nightmare. Within nearly 6 mths they sold me 2 bad cars and were driving them both because their personal items were in the cars and the computers. Should they be driving the cars theyre supposed to be selling in the lot for personal use?! They have their own mechanics and shop so they had to be aware of the issues but decided to hurt a single mother anyway for the almighty dollar. I cannot stand that this can happen to people I am going to find resolve for myself in this matter but ive list so much because of it. Buying a car should be a happy time and no one should pay that much money and end up on the side of the road broke down n sick after not even half a year.

He was not at all pushy and it took very little time - our whole transaction probably took about 15 minutes, not including the test drive. He knows what he is doing and is very laid back but very professional. Tommy Neutz, the owner, is also spectacular. We talked for quite some time about the business and why they do things the way they do - no pressure, quality used vehicles, and they stand behind them. I actually spoke with Tommy and Paul for way longer than it took to do the paperwork. I totaled my previous vehicle and found an Odyssey at Neutz Brothers. The vehicle was very clean but they said they did not have an opportunity to clean the carpet and floor mats. Since I needed the vehicle immediately, I asked to bring it back the next week (I actually couldn't get it done until the following week - my issue, not theirs). I dropped off the vehicle on Monday and when I went to get it on Tuesday evening, the guy who did the work was there and explained that the floor mats did not get as clean as he wanted so he wanted to keep them a couple more days to get them right. Wow - the company culture is so strong that the detailer is empowered to make the customer happy and is proud of where he works and what he does. Incredible. I wish I got his name to give him a proper thank you here but I do appreciate his efforts! I bought the vehicle on the 2nd. It had an out-of-state title so it needed a Sheriff's inspection (they took care of this when I dropped off the Odyssey for the cleanup). On the 19th, they had my tag. In Kentucky, the dealer has 60 days to get the tag (it used to be 30 but the big dealers lobbied for the extra time). Neutz Brothers had my tag in 17 days with a Sheriff's inspection in there, too. WOW!! I highly recommend Neutz Brothers. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, this is the first place you should go - and will likely be the last. I am a customer for life!!
