Buyer Beware! It has been 2 1/2 years and they still have not placed the date of death on our family members grave. We paid for this and now they want even take our calls. Please be aware we are not the only ones having issues with this business. We are seeking legal help to resolve the issue. It hurts to see people being taken advantage of at their most vulnerable time. Do your due diligence before doing business with them. read more

The current ownership have enforced, with Hitler-like actions, the policy of having flowers on your loved one's grave sites strictly prohibited, even in the (paid for) vases attached to the plot markers/stones. All flowers are removed by the landscaping crew - so much so that the place looks absolutely barren and ugly each and every time it is visited. There's no heartbreak worse than losing someone you love but this place adds salt to the wounds of the grieving families by withholding simple gestures of faith, love and respect to their loved ones. When a loved one dies and you have to make some arrangements with the office, the staff pushes you to buy even more plots for your family members that are still living. A big, heartless scam to sell, sell, sell. No compassion at all. The greed of this place shows. What a horrible statement to make to the community that has supported it for many years. The calls are not returned and the staff will hang up on you if you try to discuss the policies, letting their voice mail speak volumes of the understanding they fail to show. No notifications sent out to allow the families to remove faded flowers except to probably post it inside the office or in local newspapers that many people don't read or subscribe to (out-of-towners with loved ones buried there are not notified at all). No signs posted anywhere that flowers will be removed. The only reasonable explanation that comes to mind is that someone has a flower shop/business and are reusing the flowers from the grave sites for their own purpose. What other explanation is there except that they have no heart? That would be a shameful thing. read more

I attended a funeral at Marshall Memorial in Albertville on February 24, 2019. When the family and guests arrived, the grave was completely flooded. After waiting for the water to be pumped out of the grave for about 30 minutes the family was asked to leave and continue the funeral later. This was the most disrespectful, unprofessional act i have ever witnessed. read more
