She is so patient and kind and very understanding (I am a bit of a brat as this is an unexpected pregnancy and I have made plenty of comments about being bummed out and totally scared). Every single time I go in (which has been once a month for the last several months) everyone there is SO nice, they remember who me and my husband are and make us feel, for lack of a better phrase, like family. I am so grateful to have had my baby boy here and I truly was sad to leave just because of how amazing all the staff was to me, my husband and baby. One night I was struggling with breastfeeding and the nurses dropped everything and spent about 2 hours with me in the middle of the night to help me figure out what worked best for me and baby. I will forever recommend Marshall Birth Center to anyone that wants to have a hospital birth with as little to as much medical intervention. They are so supportive of your wishes with how you want things to go and if they dont end up going as planned, like in my case, they are very informative walking you through the process so you feel comfortable with the unexpected change.

Congratulations to the new mom to be, babies are something to celebrate. However, I hear their office starting to call the afternoon appointments the reschedule them - months out. I waited months for this appointment myself. 10 minutes go by and they have yet to inform me that my appointment is now cancelled. We are now 30 minutes past my actual appointment to which I arrived early as instructed. They eventually come in to notify me of what I am already aware of, I will need to be rescheduled. No complaints about the circumstance of Leslie needing to leave to tend to a delivery, but why on earth would you not let me know first, not the appointments that haven't arrived, undressed, and are currently waiting in your office first? I won't be back. Thanks for refunding my co-pay however this office was a wreck 10 years ago, nothing has changed.

Dr. Tran educated me, assisted with all of my FMLA and disability paperwork and personally made sure that my pain was tolerable post procedure, and treated me with a great amount of dignity, respect and professionalism.I really feel like a lucky lady to have been in her care for my hysterectomy.
