Not a way to run a business, a small business at that. If you don't want to deal with customers don't have a job where you have to interact with people. The price was more expensive compared to other fitness facilities I have frequented. $40 for 1 person and that doesn't include class fees. Oh, and a sign up fee. NO THANKS! I took a tour and there were guys yelling & grunting while they were throwing down weights while they were cussing left and right. I don't speak like that and I don't want to hear talk like that. I asked about towels and was told they don't provide them. I don't know any gym that doesn't provide towels. Let me correct that last statement. I now know one gym that is so cheap and doesn't provide towels. So, as a summary for 4U Fitness I wouldn't waste your time. I know that there are a few other gyms in town that offer just as much at a much lower monthly rate where the staff isn't rude.

The young lad at the marina was friendly and chill, so he got us suited up and we spent our one-hour slot on the muddy waters. The Oldtown kayaks worked nicely, although the Pelican that I never bought when I worked retail had a much nicer Finnish to it. Let's go Lahti Pelicans! After chasing down ducks and swatting cicadas, we reached dry land and surrendered what was left of our cleanliness in the process. Dogs are allowed and the park is truly a hidden little gem. The park is a little difficult to find and it is hidden so use your GPS. It is located out past Dreamland Pool. Virginia Park is at the confluence of the Ohio and Big Sandy Rivers and it is the most westerly point in West Virginia. It's been around before West Virginia was a state (hence the name VA Point).
