You have to contact them within 6 months of the protection plan ending and you get store credit for that amount of money to buy more furniture which is the last thing that I need. I verified with my daughter who was with me when I purchased all the furniture that this was never what was told to us. I've been waiting for this money to pay some bills only to find out now I don't get anything. The furniture is not good quality and if I would have known I would have used the protection plan to have it either replaced or repaired all of it. My son's bed literally fell apart the wood just split, my coffee table fell apart, all the wood pieces have not lasted and look terrible and the couch that I purchased along with a recliner chair and that love seat have not held up at all and they're only 5 years old. Ollie's Bargain Outlet is a welcome and badly needed addition to Bloomsburg's retail options. It's…read morelocated in the Columbia Colonnade, and uses most of the former JCPenney's. The space has been totally renovated, including the parking lot being repaved. The stores layout is better than the average Ollie's due to the renovations, as it only uses one exit/entrance compared to other Ollie's that use the new checkout layout and block easy access to the exit. This is one of the smaller Ollie's I've seen, but still has your average selection of various non-perishable food, books, and homegoods among other items. The area's they have smaller selections then other stores include the new buy islands in the middle of the store, toys, and electronics. I also can't stress enough how nice and clean the interior is due to the total renovation. Instead of a leaky and empty former JCPenney's, it looks like a Marshalls or Walmart. Ollie's gives Bloomsburg another option that was badly needed, and I welcome them.

The staff was helpful at checkout. Sadly, we had to return the jacks as they are too short even though the product stated it could be used. The return process was quick and painless because we saved our receipt and followed the return policy guidelines. Wish the product was what we actually needed to solve the problem. We now have to shop elsewhere to correct our issue.

I was told to go in and they could get me a oil change. A very rude staff member named Rick informed me if I didn't book a appointment they wouldn't see me. We were the first one there…read more After waiting for almost 15 minutes just to give them my keys, Brian came out and threw his papers back into his office. He was very upset that he actually had to his job. As Brian came out Kevin followed him out. So at the time there were at least two people who could do the oil change. So we gave Brian our keys and proceeded to go into the store to do some shopping. Oddly enough we kept seeing Kevin walking around the store clearly not doing his job. We waited over an hour and still no oil change. So we went to the oil change area and still not one oil change was done according to Connor the seemingly third oil change mechanic. So there were at least three mechanics that were available to change oil. With exception of Kevin who was busy walking around the store trying to look busy. So over an hour went by and not even one oil change was done. So we asked for our keys back and left. This place needs to be revamped and everyone needs to be fired and hire people that are competent. Do not waste your time going to Walmart for oil changes. There are plenty of places close by that is far and away better than Walmart. That actually have competent, friendly people.

Has a standard selection for Goodwill that includes clothing, furniture, media, and housewares. The biggest issue with this store is selection here has always been lighter than other local Goodwill's. They just don't seem to get the depth in stock most others I've visited get. Employees have been useful during most of my visits. This locations strongest feature is the ease of donating. They seem to take most items but technology. The donation door is at the side of the entrance closest to the driveway, with the rules being clearly noted on a very visible sign. You do need to inform an employee you are here to donate. I've never had them reject anything I've donated. Overall, shopping here is ok, but donating here is easy and painless.

The phone was still under manufacturers 1 year warranty. We were told we had to contact Google directly, since we did not buy AT&T repair warranty. Google refused to replace phone despite it probably being a hardware issue. Told us we had to wait for the next software update?!?! Meantime we had an expensive phone that was not working as advertised. Also, told that we had to wait 60 days to unlock a phone that we had just purchased and paid in full! Service Rep said there was nothing they could do about it since it was an "AT&T policy" HELLO... I thought this store was AT & T! And no one at the store ever indicated that we still had to wait 60 days to unlock a phone we paid for in full!!!!!!
