No suprise from the problems I've had up front with management. I went to get a oil change today hours before close. 5 "techs" standing around the shop. I was told to go in and they could get me a oil change. A very rude staff member named Rick informed me if I didn't book a appointment they wouldn't see me. And I told him I didn't mind waiting, even though the shop was empty. I just dont understand how the staff at this location can think it's okay to talk to customers the way they do. My wife and I scheduled an oil change for 3/16/2026 at 9:30am. We were the first one there. After waiting for almost 15 minutes just to give them my keys, Brian came out and threw his papers back into his office. He was very upset that he actually had to his job. As Brian came out Kevin followed him out. So at the time there were at least two people who could do the oil change. So we gave Brian our keys and proceeded to go into the store to do some shopping. Oddly enough we kept seeing Kevin walking around the store clearly not doing his job. We waited over an hour and still no oil change. So we went to the oil change area and still not one oil change was done according to Connor the seemingly third oil change mechanic. So there were at least three mechanics that were available to change oil. With exception of Kevin who was busy walking around the store trying to look busy. So over an hour went by and not even one oil change was done. So we asked for our keys back and left. This place needs to be revamped and everyone needs to be fired and hire people that are competent. Do not waste your time going to Walmart for oil changes. There are plenty of places close by that is far and away better than Walmart. That actually have competent, friendly people. read more

I'm traveling and needed some groceries for my stay. This Walmart was the closest grocery type store to my location so I popped in. Y'all - if you are reading this review and deciding if you should stop here - STOP HERE NOW! This is one of the nicest Walmart Supercenters I've ever been in! It is beautiful, well stocked, very clean, wide aisles and the fruit and veggies looked great. OH and they still have a McDonalds at the front if you need a bite before or after you shop! It has all the standard things you'd expect from a Walmart, but it also has a large holiday section - it was St Patty's Day and they had a display near the front. They also had an Easter display. There was a quick grab n go chicken case near the registers with rotisserie and chicken bites - they were hot and looked fresh. They have a selection of fresh packaged fruit to grab n go and it all looked good and was within expiration dates. At checkout they had self checkout and some lanes open. I used self checkout, it was fast and easy. There were no lines waiting and I saw multiple employees throughout the store while I was there (in case help is needed). I would absolutely go back here! read more

Ordered online didn't like took it back today 3/1 @3:30 at customer service counter I didn't hear what the lady said so I told her she could put it back on my card she with an attitude said real naughty you only have two choses walmart gift card or walmart cash she had pissed me off so I said walmart cash not knowing what it was but get away from her before I said something she wouldn't like so now im checking out wanted to use the walmart cash didn't know how so this young girl was there she didn't know anything about said she would get someone so here come the team leader another nasty attitude was rude acted like she didn't want to be bothered I stopped listening to her as well so I could get out of there before I would've been going to jail why would you want to work with the public wuth a messed up personality the young girl was really sweet she stayed over there the whole time cause she wanted to know as well but ms team leader is a joke. There store is so cluttered half the time everything is out of stock. I am Definitely never shopping here again I don't appreciate being harassed by your door greeters! Walked out after me (when her shift ended) drove past me to the end of the parking lot turned around and parked directly behind my car watching me and didn't leave until I did so she could jump behind me definitely not the place to be maybe higher more friend door greaters instead of miserable people that do nothing but cause drama and sit on a chair all day scowling at people with a resting bitch face. read more

Your typical Walmart...easy access off the highway with many other stores, hotels and chain restaurants now built around it. Of note, this store has the largest snack food aisle with options I've never seen anywhere else. Otherwise, it's crowded and serves its purpose with a large parking lot and several self checkout options. read more

Needed to distract myself for a little bit and get what I needed that I forgot before I reached my endpoint. Luckily for me when I got off the highway there was this plaza that had a few places to visit. I ended up making it a quick stop while I was here. I ran in and kind of went to where I thought things would be and made my way around to a few other sections before I made a b-line to the registers. I used the self checkout registers to make it faster. But I feel like that took longer than it should have. It's like everyone, me included, does not want to do much social interaction. Just a slovenly display of how to run a store. Kids constantly blocking you in when you park because they pull out the carts and then play on their cell phones. As they got rid of the third shift, the store is literally never stocked, and yet, it's impossible to shop there because there's ALWAYS a thousand employees filling shelves. How is that even possible. This place is atrocious and I think I'm just not going to go there anymore. I'd rather pay more to shop at a store that isn't a scene out of idiocracy. read more

Had to take my receipt when I was grocery shopping back to Walmart I live a half hour from buckhorn Walmart and they did not give me my eggs. So when I took my receipt back and showed the manager behind the customer service desk that they did not give me my eggs and then it was on my receipt she couldn't read the receipt I asked if she could just not see it and she said no I can't read it so you show me where it is I turned around to her I said I can show you where it is but I don't work here you do you should be able to read your receipts. She then turned around and said that I had the wrong receipt and got another manager which found it on my receipt said I was correct watch the monitor to see whether the girl gave me my eggs and realized that the girl did not give me my cage free brown eggs. It took a whole half hour and they were very rude and they do not look very clean either. I left the store feeling very angry. Poor customer service . I hope this is helpful. read more

Oh good, I get to voice my frustrations on Yelp because the Walmart page has "moved". I gave the other one three stars but after visiting here the last few times I've been home visiting family, I can see clearly that not paying your employees more than minimum wage really brings out the worst in your staff and any amount of decorum and customer service skills they bring to the table. I was here over Christmas and to be blunt, it was a total shitshow. It was about 11 PM so we wanted to avoid the crowds. While the store wasn't crowded itself, there was a line no less than ten customers long waiting to checkout for the whole two terminals open this late at night. I watched as worker after worker walked by, continued to ignore the plight of the growing lines and basically didn't care. I asked around for a manager and none could be found to remedy the situation. There was no initiative beyond the attitude of, "it's not my job to fix this". A half hour line at ANY time beyond maybe Black Friday is simply inexcusable. I've been here at other times where the shelves were in complete disrepair or empty. There is very little that is being done well at this location. People know what they are getting when shopping at Walmart but the experience SHOULD NOT BE GETTING WORSE OVERALL! read more

Welcome back to one star Walmart Bloomsburg, I thought we were beyond this rating but you proved me wrong again! Walmart in Bloomsburg serves the cities/towns of Berwick, Bloomsburg, Danville, and surrounding areas. The only other discount retailer competition in the area is the Berwick Kmart and Bloomsburg Big Lots. For the good: I've had one or two extremely helpful employees since my last review. If all the employees were this competent, I would not be writing this review. The empty shelves situation has also improved to a degree and you can now find employees stocking the shelves. For the bad: The checkout lines are at times long, but that's the same at every Walmart. Self-checkouts are a great idea, but not when people check out an entire cart of items. Stocking shelves in the middle of the day causes crowding issues in the aisles that are already tight. It seems that the biggest problem at times is the supply chain issues this Walmart has. When an item runs out, they can't get restock in any reasonable amount of time or they are just not getting enough of those items to start. Specifically, the toy aisle is embarrassingly empty and it never changes. I feel for kids wanting a toy, because the selection is terrible. When reading online that an exclusive toy is available but the shelves are empty and it arrives at store three to four weeks late, there is a problem. It's time to ask questions when you are nationally advertising a toy and it's not there. Bloomsburg Walmart's answer to this is: "We do apologize. These very popular toys sold out quickly. Please keep checking back with us for more availability." After checking Walmart.com, virtually all of Eastern/Central Pennsylvania has none, making this answer very suspect, and I believe that the stock never made it to the shelves. This is the fourth time I've reviewed Walmart Bloomsburg and they have never made it past two stars. Let's get down to the heart of the issue: Target needs to finally open a store in Bloomsburg. This is a college town, with a significant population that needs other options or Walmart will continue to fail. Target arrives, other stores and restaurants arrive, Walmart has more competition to stock shelves and lower prices. I seriously wonder if this Walmart needs to close for six months, fire all the managers, retrain the employees, renovate the store, and solve their supply chain issues. Frustrating store. read more

I purchased a patio set at the Walmart in Lewisburg PA with the Better Homes name on it ofr Mother's day for my wife. I spent 3 hours putting it together. It was missing a leg, the frame was bent and a nut counter-sinked into the frame was missing. I went back and forth with the company and they said the parts i needed was basically the biggest pieces of the set. They told me i had to go back to walmart. I called customer service and told them of the issues and they told me that i would need to bring it back and take a new one. I asked if i could swap out the broken pieces with the floor model. I was told i had 2 choices/ First load it up and get a new one and spend another 3 hours or get the parts from the company which i tried and they denied me. Walmart should be a little more flexible. I am a senior citizen and being on my knees hurts. read more

There's no such thing as a 5* Wal-Mart. 3* tops. This one gets 2 because their grocery section is constantly in disarray and lacking inventory, especially produce. I don't know who the hell is buying up all the lettuce and cucumbers and tomatoes, but there's a whole lotta overweight people around here and salad definitely isn't what they're eating. And if it's not produce that's out of stock, it's the meats. If it isn't the meats, it's short on bread products. And so on and so forth. Not once in 5 years have I been able to walk in with a grocery list and walked out with everything on that list. read more

This review applies to the Tire Center and their employees. I had a blowout and brought my car to them. They were so nice and informative. They checked every tire and found a bad stud, so they advised me to get a second tire and even brought me into the shop to check out the bad stud. Then even when they had finished and I drove off, I turned around and asked them to check a rattle. Three guys hustled over and immediately crawled under and checked the problem. Then they gave me some tips for monitoring my Cat and even recommended some products. Thank you for your work and making my bad day better. read more

I give this Walmart a 5 for selection, but 3 (average) for service. With selection, it's fairly standard WalMart Supercenter fare - big grocery selection (boxed goods, fruit/veggies, bakery items, beverages, meat, cheese). They also have a good selection of personal items, like lotions, medicines, etc., clothing, electronics, hardware, etc. it's by far the best place in the area to find a lot of these items, and they seem to keep it well stocked. For service, it's pretty average with having some friendly employees and some that are just slightly odd. (Not mean or bad- just odd) With the lines, they do seem to be a little bit longer in the evenings or weekends, but have not had significant waits with the self service check outs or if going a little later in the evening. Another nice bonus that swayed me to 4 stars is that they're open 24/7. Many places close on the earlier side here in PA, so it's appreciated that they have such great availability. read more

This Bloomsburg store never changes. The deli is a lost cause. Don't plan on anything from there quickly. Stopped after church on Sunday of labor day weekend to pick up fried chicken. When I finally got waited on, I was told it would be at least an hour before they would be able to fill a simple 8 piece order. This is the second and last time I even try to buy anything from the deli. I should have known better because the last time I tried to buy fried chicken on a Sunday, last year at this time, I had the same results. Don't waist your time, just go to Weis, Giant or KFC. read more

I am interstate truck driver, stopped by here to get some needs for my truck and wait what's happened. Police came and placed a ticket on my window for Parking. This Walmart is huge and pretty much has everything. Management is very cool and employees are friendly but need more training.

Always crowded and everything is very hard to find. If you have the time, I'd recommend going to target in Wilkes Barre or selinsgrove instead. read more

There are a few good associates that are friendly, however the other 90% of the employees are never around when a customer needs help and store management is rude and disrespectful not only to their customers but to everyone. I actually like this Walmart when it comes to their sales. I think They have the best sales. Is this the only Walmart without a greetor? I will agree with some of the other posts when it comes to 20 aisles but only 2 being opened. Additionally I think the customer service is very poor and that's the only reason I won't give this store 5 stars. The other day I went here and I waited at least 10 minutes for a customer service manager to override a price. The clerk checking me out felt bad and apologized for my wait however after the manager finally got to the register the clerk asked if she was busy and she said no she was talking some girls at the bank. Really? I have places to be. The manager did NOT apologize to me and had somewhat of an attitude like I was inconveniencing her. They definitely need to work on their customer service skills. When Target goes in I think this Walmart is going to struggle. I think a lot of people around the Bloomsburg area are excited for a Target and look forward to feeling welcomed when they go into a store. read more

Went to the Buckhorn Walmart today. Long lines with only a few register lanes open. I think I saw a manager come out and see the long lines of people waiting to check out and how slowly the lanes moved and yet failed to open up more registers to ease the congestion and get people checked out in a timely and efficient manner. I was in a line that wasn't moving for quite a long time because someone with a buggy load of groceries was paying with foodstamps which takes forever since they have to sign and cash one coupon for about 5 items at a time( or types of food items) then get more out and pay similarly. They can not just check out all the items at once and pay at the end like you usually do. The time to do this is like having 10 people in front of you at check out. This is just how the stamps must be used so store should make allowances for that and maybe have one lane open specifically for food stamp users. Other lines had folks buying buggy loads too which takes a long time to scan a barcode over a red laser light. I was not the only person getting irate at the length of time just standing in line to pay. Walmart, you sell foreign made JUNK, at least have the courtesy to get your customers checked out in an efficient and timely manner. Manager stay on the floor and when the lanes are backed up and barely moving, OPEN up the rest of the registers and move customers through. read more
