Long shot of the parking lot and building.

Oh good, I get to voice my frustrations on Yelp because the Walmart page has "moved". I gave the other one three stars but after visiting here the last few times I've been home visiting family, I can see clearly that not paying your employees more than minimum wage really brings out the worst in your staff and any amount of decorum and customer service skills they bring to the table. I was here over Christmas and to be blunt, it was a total shitshow. It was about 11 PM so we wanted to avoid the crowds. While the store wasn't crowded itself, there was a line no less than ten customers long waiting to checkout for the whole two terminals open this late at night. I watched as worker after worker walked by, continued to ignore the plight of the growing lines and basically didn't care. I asked around for a manager and none could be found to remedy the situation. There was no initiative beyond the attitude of, "it's not my job to fix this". A half hour line at ANY time beyond maybe Black Friday is simply inexcusable. I've been here at other times where the shelves were in complete disrepair or empty. There is very little that is being done well at this location. People know what they are getting when shopping at Walmart but the experience SHOULD NOT BE GETTING WORSE OVERALL!

Line I'm in for ten mins now

Please please more staff, again we are having to wait in long lines at checkouts. It's a Monday and it shouldn't be this way, but every time I come it's the same. It's hard for people to socially distance, please hire more staff. There is an even longer line for self checkout.

This Walmart is huge and pretty much has everything. Management is very cool and employees are friendly but need more training.

Unfortunately, as much as I tried they fell flat for me. I feel like it's someone's unorganized storage of ebay listings...and it could very well be. I don't think they know what they have in there and nothing appears to have any kind of organization with the exception of Christmas and artwork. I found a piece of artwork I did like, but was deferred by the prices (ebay prices, higher than thrift, more in line with an antique store) and the fact that it was stored so unresponsibly that it was damaged. I was greeted upon entry, so the staff (owners? who sit in a little room off the entrance door) were friendly. Everything else was a miss, from the lack of cleanliness, high prices, weird configuration of the parking, weak floorboards upstairs, and just the fact that the majority of what they sell is high for item and condition. Most items did have condition issues, with the exception of some newer (Target?) items on the first floor which were priced at retail. I suspect they came from a pallet purchase. If you're looking for deals there's much better places in the area.

I called the store and requested their assistance and the response I got was that they have never had this issue before. Well - you have it now - how about providing good customer service and either getting the insurance to cover this issue or at least offer us a refund or a credit? Nope - nothing. I will never buy from EFO again - I will never recommend them - I will never be duped into buying an extended warranty again.

Well today I called to find out why I haven't gotten my money back only to be told that's not how it works. You have to contact them within 6 months of the protection plan ending and you get store credit for that amount of money to buy more furniture which is the last thing that I need. I verified with my daughter who was with me when I purchased all the furniture that this was never what was told to us. I've been waiting for this money to pay some bills only to find out now I don't get anything. The furniture is not good quality and if I would have known I would have used the protection plan to have it either replaced or repaired all of it. My son's bed literally fell apart the wood just split, my coffee table fell apart, all the wood pieces have not lasted and look terrible and the couch that I purchased along with a recliner chair and that love seat have not held up at all and they're only 5 years old. Do not buy your furniture from this place because they will lie to you. And the furniture is not quality

Lycoming Mall…read morecould never overcome the loss of four anchors (Macy's, JCPenney, Sears, and Bon-Ton) with the negligent ownership of the Kohan Retail Investment Group. The loss of Jr. anchors, including Old Navy and soon Dick's will only accelerate the malls end. What's left? Burlington and Books A Million are the best-known remaining stores. Empty storefronts dominate all wings of the mall now, with the Bon-Ton wing now being almost empty. The empty storefronts of Gap, Old Navy, Hot Topic, Arby's, and f.y.e. all remain identifiable, a reminder of this mall's better times. Ownership has not been keeping up with maintenance, as the parking lot has several areas blocked off and water damage is beginning to become more visible in several places. The area surrounding the mall has started to rebound after several tough years, with replacements coming in for Gander Outdoors, Grizzly Industrial, Pier 1, and Toys R Us. This makes the property attractive for redevelopment. What will happen to the mall? Demolition. Walmart would be an obvious option for a redevelopment, as the Williamsport area lacks a Walmart Supercenter and the current store in Montoursville has no room for expansion. Some portion of the mall and Burlington could remain depending on how creative future ownership can be. I can remember when this was one of the good malls that would be a special trip to shop at. Sadly, those days are over, like the Lycoming Mall.
