One item I was looking for was a swimsuit and apparently, they do not sell them anymore. You can typically get a good value on what you do find. I usually shop more at TJ Maxx around the holidays or when I have gifts to buy. Today I found sandals and plastic cutting boards. I also didn't need to wait in a long line to check out. And when I did check out, the employee was friendly and efficient.

I had the shirt, the bag, the receipt, and the tags, and the shirt was in brand new unused never worn condition and was purchased yesterday. She immediately took an attitude when I asked to make a return and said it's been worn it's destroyed the tags are removed it's not returnable. I stayed calm and explained that the receipt says 30 day guarantee and it's been 1 day. I also said the shirt is in perfect new unused never worn condition and that the tags do not have to be on the shirt because the receipt also says receipt OR tag can be used to return the shirt. I had BOTH and since I had the receipt it did not matter if the tags were removed since the shirt could be returned without the tags entirely. She KEPT MY RECEIPT and sent me to customer service manager who did the return without the receipt and apologized for the other woman's rude behavior. Keep in mind this was a return of a $39.00 shirt on a $747 receipt. Unfortunately I will not be back to this Dillards location after this upsetting experience.

The employee ignored her and made a shushing motion with his fingers, and countinued to walk behind the pharmacy. She reported this to Customer Service Manager James, to which when she tried pointing the employee out from 500ft away, he cut her off citing "IT IS AGAINST STORE POLICY TO CONFRONT EMPLOYEES".... So anyway he tries to shut her up by saying "Uh we will check the cameras and get this figured out" I call Target to ask if anything happened (not asking for details) and was told he has to wait for an "AP" to check the cameras (guess security isn't on site?) I say that's fine, please call me back to confirm when the employee has been identified so atleast I know someone was talked too. He states we cannot provide personal information over the phone - and I respond by explaining | don't even want a name, or anything at all. I simply want to know that somebody was seen on the cameras, and action has been taken. I dont need any personal employee information. He cuts me off citing "we cannot debate over the phone" and hangs up on me in the middle of me asking "Should I call corporate?" In the end, my girlfriend was ignored by an employee, and it is more than obvious management does not care in the slightest. I will be filing a report with Corporate shortly.

One time we stumbled upon a free Billy Currington Concert in the Bell Tower Parking lot. It was amazing! I definitely miss this place.
