The Kohl's in Cape Coral Florida is a lovely store. Large, clean, bright and well organized. The staff is always helpful and friendly. 24 March 2026 Took time out of my busy day of doing nothing and decided to fill that gap in my clothes closet with a few new shirts and a pair of trousers. By golly it must have been my lucky day ( a week after St. Paddy's Day ) cuz every item that I purchased was on sale or sold at a discount Mama would be proud. She always looked for sales. I've shopped here before but thought I'd write a quick review this time. Kohl's is everything you'd expect in a department store. Something for everyone. Being a man I avoided the intimate apparel section and went straight to the Hombres section. I needed a new pair of pants more than anything. Something in a darker brown. Found it almost immediately and in my size. Told you it was my lucky day . Next I wandered over to the section where polo shirts were for sale. I purchased 3 new shirts in various colors. The aisles are wide and clean and easy to navigate. Not too many customers today but a huge parking lot outside to accommodate customers when necessary. Okay, time to resume my busy day of doing nothing. Boredom sure is fun. Today I got to spend time AND money to plug the hole in the middle of my day. I went in tonight for a shirt I saw a whole mod of the same shirts all long sleeve and style and brand with the sign saying $24.99 and it rung up at the register for 39.99 and I addressed the problem to the cashier and the cashier went to go check she saw sign and price and told the person I'm assuming was the closing manager on duty and the lady who is tall heavier set had glasses went to go check she saw the price was wrong she admitted that she was the one who put the shirts there and didn't update the price she ask ima change it once I leave and I said you need to honor it as a courtesy of customer service and your mistake and she refused told me she wasn't changing the price and told me I need to start reading the tiny print and look around for the type of shirt that it's stated why would I do that when the sign is above a certain shirt why should I go hunting for a Sign of a shirt that was Placed on a rack without updating the sign the sad part is the lady admitted to her mistake and refused to help her customers. She was rude and very unprofessional as I also work In retail as a member of management and our job is to assist and help the customers and honor our mistakes kohls please do Better with who you put in these roles read more

We went to Kohl's yesterday 11/12/24 , did they loose all their floor staff? The women's clothes department was a mess . No order or semblance ! Clothes all crammed on the racks to where you if you moved any they'd fall off the rack on to the floor. There was much evidence as clothes were under the racks. I know it's coming to season for Christmas shopping but everything in the aisles no order . I honestly felt like I was at a home goods or TJ maxx . I was really pleased with the layout, spacing out of everything, and service here. Came to return something since Amazon does returns at Kohl's. Wound up with a new pillow, a new pair of shoes, and more. Definitely recommend you hit up the clearance sections as there are some diamonds in the rough. read more

The online customer service was not very supportive. Anita did everything she could to help us out. Anita is the best customer service employee I have ever met. I tried calling to simply asking if it was still possible for me to return a package I ordered off of Amazon and As soon as the lady heard Amazon she interrupted me and didn't let me speak after he was done talking. I called again and once she realized it was me just hung up on me I call again and the third time she didn't even pick up the phone but had her coworker pick it up. and I think I got put on the phone with another manager. read more

Those with no previous experience at Kohl's may walk in off the street and find the prices a bit on the high side. However, if you know the ins and outs of shopping here, you can find good quality items at fair to really good prices. Basically, wait for a sale and use their "Kohl's Cash" coupons. If you want to up-level your shopping game, get a Kohl's credit card. This opens up periodic discounts which typically are 15, 20, or 30 percent. Our household refers to receiving the 30 percent discount as, "Winning the Kohl's Lottery." When you tie your Kohl's credit card to their "Yes2You" rewards program, you earn discounts based on how much you spend during time periods and they award you additional coupons when you hit certain levels. Yes, it can be a bit much to keep track of but it's easier if you use the Kohl's phone app where everything is kept neatly in one place. We like shopping at Kohl's. In particular we like to get bedding, including pillows, and towels here. Some seasons we find clothes we like and others, not so much, but the bedding and towels are always great. How does this Kohl's hit the mark? On the plus side, it is always clean and the customer service department was efficient the one time I needed to return something ordered online. However, it isn't the largest store we've visited and sometimes we can't find the size/color we want. We're absolutely happy to have this Kohl's in Cape Coral, but if we're actively pursuing something specific, we might trek the 30+ minutes to Ft. Myers and visit a larger store. read more

If you've ever wondered why major retailers like Kohl's are being slaughtered by Amazon, simply spend an hour or so wandering through the store and review the merchandise. On three recent occasions, I've tried to buy an athletic shirt at Kohl's. There are tons of items in stock. Unfortunately, the large majority of these items are either size S or XXXL. This doesn't work for me. It is obvious that Kohl's does not properly manage their inventory. At this point, my only use for Kohl's is when I have to occasionally make an Amazon return. Additionally, retailers like Dick's easily beat their prices with far better quality items. I'm just glad I'm not an investor in this company. read more

Very impressed with one of the Employee named Patricia, She help our Mom (75) with finding the right size clothes and very personal Items for Ladies. She was so very sweet in helping and listening to what mom was looking for, she was patient and genuinely helpful. Her Customer Services was a 5 Star!!! But because the M.O.D was a Total Jerk when we approached him to give a complement on Patricia... He showed very little concerned and replied " Thanks" and turned around and walked away from me and my Mom....M.O.D. should re-take a Customer Service Class and remind himself that especially during this pandemic time, customers are more reluctant to come out to the public and Shop we can easily order online from you or a competitor. read more

Ordered a pearl necklace online shipping to NH on 12/6/20. Shipped on 12/8, it is now 1/13/21 and my granddaughter never received her Christmas gift! Keep tracking the shipment and the days are getting added on! Now it says 1/18/21 for delivery, but hell it's on my bill already , Never never again!! read more

Typical Kohl's store with all departments. I think the bedding/bath section is a little larger than other Kohl's I've been in with the women's (excluding juniors) and shoes on the slightly smaller side. The parking lot can be a little difficult given it's location and coming off of Pine Island Rd. Best bet is to park a little further away from the store and walk in. read more

Not so happy with Pine Island kohls lately! Take sale items to the register only to find out this particular style is not on sale regardless of the sign. And it's not organized. Croft and barrow mixed with dockers in massive amounts. Stuff was everywhere. And the wait time? Ridiculous. read more

I recently visited this Kohl's and my experience wasn't great. The merchandise is very nice there was nothing wrong with that. I have a problem with the customer service in the jewelry department. I was Christmas shopping with my daughter on 12/22 and we were looking at the children's earrings. We waited and waited, we were standing waiting for over 20 minutes and no one would come to assist us, It wasn't so busy, we were just being ignored. I couldn't believe it. I then went up to a sales associate who was at the time sipping coffee when I interrupted her. Finally I was being served. I then went back to the same Kohl's on 12/26 this time my with my son and daughter as well. I had Kohl's cash so we were there to purchase a chain for my son and at the same time use the Kohl's cash. The same thing again at the jewelry department. They took care of everyone else but yet again we were ignored. I guess we weren't the right skin tone. Will I go back? Not a chance. I'm sure the jewelry department wouldn't mind. read more
